Avaana NDIS provider registration Reviews 

Two years have passed, and absolutely nothing has been done. They collected all my information but took no action. They never responded to my emails or provided any updates. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. I would never trust them again. I don't even want to give them one star. If negative stars were an option, that's what they would deserve!

I had a wonderful experience with Avaana while preparing for my NDIS registration audit. They provided excellent assistance with my documentation and were always available to answer my questions clearly and promptly.

Nothing was a problem, the whole process went through with ease. Trent was easy to talk to and he gave step by step instructions.

On the 21st of April, 2026, I signed and paid Avaana's proposal to proceed to act on my behalf re NDIS registration.
10 days later, I was ready for an audit.
My audit was successful and approved.
A massive 10 days!
I took Courtney's advice for me to keep a particular module, as I was in two minds if it was something I would have needed.
Trent was efficient and professional.
I'm very happy!

Beware before paying this company any money. As there quick to take it then don't do any work. When you call them they just have a voicemail.

Was a waste of time even for a free consulting service. The guy was rude and obnoxious and offered now useful information. He ended up saying he would email me some information about becoming an ndis provider but the email had no information on it except how much they will charge for providing their service.
