Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning Reviews

I contracted with Ned Stevens to clean and maintain the gutters on my new home, the first time they came out their workers left a mess all over my pool patio. I had to call them to return to clean it up. Recently I have tried unsuccessfully over the last two weeks to schedule my next gutter cleaning, in both cases the online representative states he will call me back that day to set the cleaning up BUT NEVER DOES. They seem not to care about customer service and must not need my business, you should not have to beg a company to schedule and execute work. Do yourself a favor find another firm and give them your bushiness so you are not frustrated and having your time wasted by this one!

They came to clean gutters and found problem with current gutter in rear. Discussed with office and agreed to install new screen gutters. They arrived early one morning (14 days prior to planed date), started working and in about 3 hours had entire job done to perfection. I highly recommend Ned Stevens. We are very pleased with service and workmenship.

I really did not want to even give 1 star! Worst company to hire. They did a terrible job, left leaves and sticks on the gutters and broke some guards! We’re supposed to send men back to correct but I did not hear from them so I don’t think they did. Do not hire this company!!

I recently had my gutter repaired by this company, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Their skilled team provided efficient and effective repairs that have solved my gutter issues.

If you need your walkway cleaned, then this company is the perfect choice. Their team of experts will work with you to ensure that your walkway looks its best, no matter what.

I recently hired this company for power washing and roof cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their expert staff removed years of dirt and grime, leaving my roof looking like new.

The dryer vent cleaning services provided by this company are essential for maintaining a safe and healthy home. Their team of experts removed lint, debris, and other hazards, ensuring that my dryer is working efficiently and safely. I highly recommend their outstanding quality of work and outstanding customer service.

I am impressed with the fence cleaning services provided by this company. Their team of experts left my fence looking brand new, removing dirt, grime, and mildew. I highly recommend their reliable service and expertise.

On time. Very efficient. Did everything were supposed to and cleaned up afterward.

Lots of changes and delay with the schedule. Their service took too long. The worker was too rude and unprofessional. I couldn't stress enough how disappointed I was with them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I learned my lesson and that would be the last time that I owuld be getting their service. Never again.

Clean, organized, professional great job

Great job. We have had a great outdoor summer without mosquitoes.

Overall I was pleased with the roof cleaning your staff did. The workmen were polite and seemed to know what they were doing. My only complaints are: they unscrewed my hose from the outdoor spigot but never screwed it back in, and also, I found a lot of debris along one side of my house, mixed in with the bushes there. These are minor complaints however, and I would recommend Ned Stevens for this type of job.

I appreciate the consistently great service.

Very professional. Neat and clean. Happy

I’ve been using Nedstevens for years. They continue to perform an excellent job on my roof and gutters. Recently, I had them perform a soft wash on my siding. And again, as expected their crew did an excellent job. Courteous and professional.

The guys got the job done and performed well

Excellent service

I have been a customer for more than 10 years. I have NEVER had a cause for complaint or dissatisfaction. If there is an issue, they come quickly to remedy the problem (usually very slight).

I noticed my neighbor's gutters being cleaned and I was impressed by the men's work and their job ethic - it was a scorching hot day and they had on waterproof suits. So I asked them for their card. I called soon after to set up a time for them to come out. They came a few days later, another hot day. If I hadn't seen their truck out front, I wouldn't have known they were here. They did a great job. I'm glad I signed up to have them come again in the fall.
