My husband and I are currently in the process of buying a house and have had a stellar experience with Matthew from needingadvice.co.uk. As foreign nationals with less than three years of address history, we faced challenges in securing a mortgage. We had used other mortgage services before, but none were successful, especially since one of us has less than two years of work experience in the UK. I initially went ahead with another broker who said they could base my mortgage off my latest year accounts, this application later got declined as the lender said they only worked an an average over the last two years. I spoke to Damian and he said they can do it using my latest years account, he got it agreed within 24 hours and I received the mortgage offer the same day as he submitted the application.

We were about to give up buying the property we loved because our previous broker couldn't find us a mortgage deal with less than 25% deposit (!), because the house had an annex and we wanted to be able to rent the annex out as an AirBnB.

Absolutely fantastic service 5* all day long, damian and miles kept in constant contact and they couldn't have made my Remortgage any easier, mostly done via WhatsApp and a couple of phone calls but honestly I could not have been in better hands and everything was done and completed within a couple of weeks even with a bank holiday to contend with, highly recommend and in fact I'm already passing their number on to friends and family.
