After being declined by another lender due to poor another broker's work - guys at NeedingAdvice were like a fresh breath of air! Everything went as smooth as it possibly could - we had advice with every step and support when needed. Have to mention our case was a complicated one - my partner had a gambling transactions, and also a pre-settled status and we had only 5% deposit - but that didn't stop Matthew at NeedingAdvice finding us the best deal and helping us to purchase our dream home!

Excellent service from Damian and the team once again. I’m a portfolio BTL landlord and the application was quite complex with my recent default from a utility bill but Damian managed to secure a mortgage with a competitive rate. Good turnaround time as always! Fully recommended.

Connor helped me a great deal with getting a mortgage for my apartment which had a short leasehold (less than 80 years) when a previous broker told me it wouldn't be possible. The speed and accuracy of applying for the quotes was brilliant, with little extra input from myself. However there were a few times I had to chase for answers hence the 4 star rather than 5. However overall I would recommend their services especially if you have a short lease on a property
