Dress arrived quickly and was beautifully wrapped and packaged. I could not be happier! having returned a previous dress where the fit wasn't right, the returns process was quick and easy. The credit option is a nice option, if you know you are going to order another dress from N&T.
Thrilled to bits and excited to be wearing a N&T dress for my wedding in September.

Not worth £50 deposit for customer service.
I attended a wedding dress appointment at the King’s Road store in Chelsea on Saturday at 4:30pm, and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing.
When I first enquired, I was told there were no appointments available for the next three weeks, yet an appointment was then found for me on my preferred day later that same afternoon. I paid a £50 deposit, which I was told would go towards drinks and refreshments during the appointment. I was also assured I would have a dedicated assistant to help me in and out of dresses, and that my selected styles would be available in two sizes so I could compare.
On arrival, the staff were initially welcoming and I was offered a drink, but after that the experience declined. Only two of the dresses I had chosen were available in multiple sizes; the remaining three were only available in one size. This was particularly frustrating as my favourite dress—the one I ultimately purchased—was only available in a single size and did not fit perfectly.
After the initial greeting, there was very little support from staff. My friend had to help me in and out of the dresses, which is not easy with wedding gowns, especially those with intricate fastenings. At times, staff were walking past the changing area chatting loudly and laughing among themselves. I also overheard a conversation where one staff member was telling a colleague that she wanted to get another neck tattoo, which stood out as it happened while I was waiting for assistance.
Overall, the experience felt quite awkward, and even my friend commented on the lack of customer service. I chose not to raise this at the time as I didn’t want to make a scene or affect the day.
I’ve given two stars because the dresses themselves are beautiful and reasonably priced. However, I do feel the in-store experience fell short and took away from what should have been a special occasion. In hindsight, I wish I had simply ordered the dresses to try at home.

Fantastic experience all round. Ordered dresses via the try before you buy scheme which is an excellent service. But also booked an appointment at the Kings Road store to choose my wedding dress with my daughters. The whole experience was great. Staff were so helpful and listened to what I was looking for. I’m delighted with my dress and can’t wait to wear it. Huge thanks to the young staff who were so helpful on the day.

Beautiful original dresses
Beautiful original dresses. I ordered two on the 'try on before you buy' scheme. They arrived quickly and I had five days to try them on. I kept one and sent the other back. They were both beautiful and fitted true to size. It was hard to choose ! The process was very well communicated from start to finish. This included reminders to return anything in the timeframe so ypu donlt get charged. The dresses came packed well, so I was able to use the same packaging to return the dress and the process to do so was simple. I was only charged for the one dress and had confirmation that was the case along with confirmation that the dress I had sent back had arrived. Highly recommended.

Five Star service and beautiful dresses
My daughter and I had a wonderful afternoon choosing her wedding dress at the London store. From making the arrangements via email, to trying on her extensive selection of dresses, making her final choice and then finishing with a glass of bubbly, the whole experience was perfect! The staff (especially Fifi) were exceptional and made it a truly memorable afternoon. The dress itself is exquisite and I can’t wait to see my daughter in it on her wedding day.

SO many good things to say!! Where to start??
1.) shipping/packaging - I’m in France and the parcel came within 2 days! Packaged beautifully, 5 stars for speed.
2.) dress - got the Anaïs ballerina dress for my upcoming May wedding and WOW! I have zero regrets, it is absolutely breathtaking and unlike anything I’ve ever tried on before. It makes me feel SO beautiful and elegant. It also feels so unique. Very comfortable as well.
3.) Fit - it fits me like a glove but I had to size up. I’m glad I reached out to one of the brides they use for social media marketing who wore the same dress and she gave me amazing advice about the fit. I am larger/curvier but I have a very petite friend who also used this brand for her wedding and she had to size up. On the website it says true to size but that wasn’t my experience. Obviously it depends on unique body shapes but worth noting.
I can’t speak to durability as I haven’t worn it out yet but so far I’m over the moon.

Wonderful experience for Mother of the Bride dress
Last Friday we visited the Needle & Thread store on the King's Road Chelsea. We were greeted by a friendly young lady. I explained that I was looking for a Mother of the Bride dress. There were so many beautiful dresses. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were so helpful. The young lady even made me and my husband a cup of tea. I can honestly say it was a lovely experience and I managed to find the perfect dress. I was honestly spoilt for choice. Thank you to Needle & Thread. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Mother of the bride dress
My daughter’s wedding is in July and I’ve been looking for months for something special that isn’t a traditional Mother of the Bride dress. I used the Try before you buy and ordered 4 dresses. They arrived the next day. All 4 were beautiful and we decided on one that was perfect. It’s a stunning dress - beautifully embroidered and embellished and I’m so looking forward to wearing it. I returned the other 3 dresses and after 5 days was charged for the one dress I’ve kept. Thank you for providing a fantastic service.
