The gowns were delivered promptly, however I could not get the “try before you buy” method of payment to work. My card issuer confirmed to me the problem was not my card… so, I now await news of my card being re-credited before I can make another order… very disappointing!

I used the try before you buy service, the dresses were delivered quickly and beautifully packaged. I chose a dress that is fantastic quality and true to size. The return of the other dresses was really simple and everything was completed in less than a week.

Magical Gowns
So many great things to say about Needle and Thread!
Thorough information on the website in regards to dress "flow" via their video as well as clear images of the garments and accurate sizing help you select a product. As well, the return/refund procedures were such that they allow the customer to feel at ease when purchasing a product without worry of hassles if the product doesn't fit or if it is not what the the customer was expecting (not that it would ever happen).
I will continue to purchase these magical gowns for my special occasions and by the way, I have had numerous compliments from other guests. You truly feel beautiful when you are wearing them.

Good customer experience
Beautiful dress and true to size, just not exactly the colour I needed so unfortunately had to return. Returns process very easy and queries I had were answered kindly and promptly by customer service, which is rare these days.

Bloody awful sizing
The dress I ordered was beautiful- it arrived quickly - however despite ordering the size I usually am and fitting in other designs from needle and thread the same size, it was TINY! I have returned the dress after also having to pay for my own postage to return for a refund. I really do think it’s unfair that due to the sizing inaccuracies at needle and thread customers should have to pay return costs.

Missing order
I wanted to amend my order after placing it directly. Contacted the customer service team who informed me that my order is misplaced and they will investigate the matter and revert back to me. The order was then shipped without amending it. After receiving the order I was trying to issue a return label but there was an issue with the return portal. I contacted customer service and my issue was not resolved yet. Really bad customer experience

Wunderschöne Kleidung und erfolgreiche und schnelle Retoure aus Deutschland
Die beiden Kleider, die ich bestellt habe, waren beide wunderschön.
Ich schreibe diese Bewertung aber vor allem, weil ich mit einer Bestellung aus Deutschland wirklich gehadert habe aufgrund der teils schlechten Bewertungen zu Retouren von außerhalb des UK.
Eines der Kleider war mir etwas zu groß, weshalb ich es zurücksenden musste. Da der Kaufpreis bei über 600 EUR lag, habe ich mich dafür entschieden, die Rücksendung über die von N&T vorgeschlagene Express Rücksendung per Retourenlabel vorzunehmen, auch wenn mir klar war, dass diese teurer ausfallen könnte, als wenn ich es in Eigenregie zurücksende. Der Ablauf ist dann so, dass man das Paket mit Retourenlabel zurücksendet und die Kosten für die Rücksendung am Ende vom erstatteten Kaufpreis abgezogen werden. Ich hatte mich aus Sorge, dass das Kleid in einer Versandtüte beschädigt werden könnte, auch dafür entschieden, den Karton von N&T zu nutzen. Daher war ich von sehr hohen Versandkosten (express+nicht-EU-Land) ausgegangen. Nur sechs Tage nach Rücksendung kam eben der erstattete Kaufpreis, von dem "nur" 15 EUR abgezogen wurden. Dafür, dass das Kleid sicher wieder zurückgelangt ist und ich den hohen Kaufpreis so schnell zurück hatte, ist es mir das alle mal wert. Ich kann also jeden beruhigen, der aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen zögert, etwas beruhigen, solange einem die (für DE-Verhältnisse) hohen Retourenkosten bewusst sind . :-)
Das zurückgesendete Kleid werde ich mir für meine standesamtliche Hochzeit bestellen. :-)
