Fantastic from the start. Elvis came out to do the design and immediately spotted mistakes with the quotes I had already had from the main big companies. Their designs would not of worked. He gave great advice and designed from scratch. He then gave me some great ideas that I had not thought of. Breakfast bar, drawers under oven etc which were included into the design. The price was amazing. So much so that I saved enough to have it fitted and it was still cheaper than the other quotes. And they were supply only.
The fitted had an eye for detail and I trusted him enough to leave him too it while I was out of the country with work. I came home to a fantastic kitchen and the stone worktops were the icing on the cake. 10/10

Just had our kitchen installed this week. We love it! From start to finish the process and communication from Elvis was excellent! Elvis came out did us a design we loved we paid the deposit and Elvis got the ball rolling. He kept us fully informed every step of the way. The fitter (Ade) has done a fantastic job of the instalation brilliant craftsmanship from him. If you want a nice, affordable angle great costumer service you need Neokit kitchens excellent job!

Our experience with Neokit was flawless from start to finish. Upon reaching out to them in March for a full kitchen renovation, Elvis presented a unique design concept that set them apart from other companies, leaving us thoroughly impressed. Without hesitation, we proceeded by placing a deposit.

With a tight 2-month deadline, Lucy crafted a detailed work schedule, ensuring clarity on the timeline for completion. Although there were occasional hiccups, Elvis and Lucy swiftly resolved any issues that arose.

Every member of the team, from the electrician to the plasterer, demonstrated efficiency and professionalism throughout the project. Additionally, the pricing was very competitive.

The transformation of our kitchen is truly remarkable. Without hesitation, I would wholeheartedly recommend Neokit kitchens to all my friends and family.

I originally found NeoKit kitchens on Facebook and after thoroughly researching the company and reading previous reviews I decided to book a home visit for my design of a complete refurbishment.
Elvis arrived with a simple graph paper and proceeded to measure and design my kitchen with me and I made a decision there and then to proceed due to the professionalism he had shown.
He gave me ideas I hadn’t thought of and was very open and honest about my original thoughts of the look I was hoping to achieve.
Following his first visit a cad design soon followed and i made some minor adjustments with his advice and we agreed on which models of appliances I wanted.
A date was arranged soon after together with a schedule of works.
The rip out took place on a Monday morning with gas and electrical engineers and the plasterer visiting the rest of the week to conduct the preparation.
The following Monday the kitchen fit commenced, by Thursday it was all in situ and the gas and electrical engineer visited on Friday to complete the necessary connections and it was complete 😊
The whole process took 2 weeks start to finish!
Elvis and his team had engineered the schedule of works brilliantly, so much so that I didn’t have to arrange anything at all.
I am over the moon with my new kitchen and cannot praise NeoKit kitchens enough.
The quality and finish is to an excellent standard, a whole lot more than your usual kitchen companies.
Elvis made regular contact throughout the whole process and was always at the end of the phone if needed.
The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team shine through their dedication to provide an excellent service.
I cannot thank Elvis and the rest of the team enough.

Just had my kitchen done by NeoKit and I can not praise Elvis enough for the hard work he puts in to make sure everything goes through smoothly. Price wise they are very competitive, service wise they are outstanding and quality of work is just incredible!!
No matter what time of the day or evening I messaged or called Elvis with enquiries, he got back to me straight away. He followed the whole project from the beginning till the end and did a lot more than most of the companies out there would do. Due to my work commitments, I wasn’t available to take the kitchen delivery and he personally drove to my place and took the delivery to ensure that the work wasn't delayed. I am so happy with my kitchen and I have already recommended them to my family and friends.

Had a brilliant service from start to finish. Absolutely love my new kitchen.staff was available at all times for a questions or queries. Fitter was brilliant just got on with it. It’s nice to still see people taking pride in their work. Well done all . 🙏🏻

Amazing service from start to finish.
Elvis first came to measure and quote, plenty suggestions and sample doors to choose from.
Deposit was paid, then the balance was paid to allow delivery of the kitchen. All the delivery came on the Friday ready for installation on the Monday.
Laurence the fitter was awesome although the electricians got his way he managed to plough on and complete the kitchen in 3 days!
Lucy was very attentive on the phone with fabulous customer service skills.
I would definately recommend this company, cuts out the showrooms, therefore offering better prices.
We love it.

Great quality kitchens and service Elvis took time to plan and was patient when I had to delay the kitchen date. Was always available via whats app or phone call to answer any queries.

I can't but totally recommend Neo Kit Kitchens more than 100%. From our first visit at our home no hard sell no showrooms Elvis showed us his design choices, gave his professional opinion on styles and to see the CAD drawings, WOW that really helped. Then once the fitter took place, Andy's meticulous eye for detail and his thorough explanation was very much appreciated. Then the finale the quartz worktop came, and the team again where quick, professional and thorough. From Lucy and Elvis's attention to detail and follow up calls, they went above and beyond for us, I can't rave enough about them all. A painfree seamless process, an excellent price and great communication, why would you go anywhere else !!! nothing was a problem I cant but praise Elvis and Lucy with more future success and give only, but positive comments. Thank you immensely for my beautiful kitchen. Xx

We had our gorgeous kitchen fitted this week and from design to completion we received an amazing experience. Both Elvis and Lucy were always happy to help with any queries and went above and beyond to ensure we got the kitchen we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys! Laurence who fitted our kitchen was a lovely friendly guy who turned up each morning promptly, he worked extremely hard and always tidied up at the end of each day. The standard of workmanship was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to all of our family and friends. Thank you so much guys we are over the moon with our new kitchen 😊

All products installed are of a high quality. The fitters were both professional and efficient.
I would definitely recommend Neokit. In my opinion they are equal in quality to many of the leading players in the market but they are much more cost effective.

Excellent from start to finish very good communication with elvis as in regard to dates and what to expect, we had a lot of building work to do but neokit worked around us till we was ready, excellent value for money and brilliant tradesman who fitted kitchen and we got exactly what we asked for

Elvis came and designed the kitchen with me, went through the options and showed us samples of what we would get. He was also very good at understanding what was needed. Ade the kitchen fitter did an excellent job, communicating with us throughout. Overall the kitchen was designed and fitted with it a few weeks and honestly I am happy with the work provided.

We can't thank and praise Neokit kitchens enough for planning our dream kitchen and making it happen. Where other top brand companies failed to deliver a design that fully utilised our kitchen space and specific requirements, Neokit promised much and delivered more. I'll be honest and say I had initial reservations, and didnt trust the company's integrity but Elvis has been a revelation and shown us nothing but professionalism in dealing with every change, concern or delay we encountered.
I can't say everything ran smoothly and it took a while to achieve, but we now have a high end showroom spec kitchen at a very reasonable price that we couldn't be more proud of. A massive thank you to Andy our fitter, Worcester Stonemasons, and Lewis our builder, all associates of Neokit, who were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
