Poor quality fabric and customer service -0 rating. No returns possible although website leads one to think returns are given. Wouldn’t advise shopping! Only offer was 10 percent refund and keep items I wasn’t satisfied with! Or 20 percent discount on future orders and keep items I didn’t want !
Why would I reorder when they don’t honor returns? Their excuse? Too expensive for them to do returns and refunds. Hmmm. So as a ONE TIME CUSTOMER…..,don’t order from Neona Boutique. You’ll be disappointed!

The Guns N’ Roses T-shirt I received was very poor quality and looked nothing like the picture. Customer service is very difficult to work with and refuses to refund the shirt. I highly discouraged you doing business with this company. It is a foreign company and they do not stand behind their product. Now I am stuck with a shirt that is not worth the $50 I paid for it.

I'm really pleased with my band tee from Neonaboutiquees. The mix-and-match design gives it a cool, modern vibe, and it's quickly turned into one of my go-to casual tops.

This shirt is modern repro / mass-produced print, not a true vintage piece: the reason I am giving it two stars and not one is because the colors are very vibrant and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. It’s just very disappointing.

The Onyx Queen Dress arrived on time and was well packaged. The material feels nice on the skin and the overall look is very polished. It’s a great addition to my wardrobe.

Finally I received my order today. Well low and behold, my t-shirt is NOTHING like advertised! It's advertised as a one of a kind 'vintage' washed, faded band tee... Instead, it's a cheap, poor quality piece of fabric with an iron on transfer! And the sleeves are square pieces of crappy material badly sewn on.... It's terrible! I can't even wear it.... What an absolute joke and disappointment!! Be warned, DO NOT buy from this fraudulent drop ship company! Their products are cheap and nasty and come from CHINA! Not the US..... What a scam! I wish I had of read the reviews before I wasted my money

I ordered on Nov 19 and paid extra for 3-5 day shipping so it would be here before my thanksgiving/bday trip. Being as the boutique says it's located in San Francisco, I thought there would be no issue.
A shipping lable was created but my shop app said it had not been shipped so on Nov 24 I reached out to customer service. They responded promptly and said my ordered was shipped and is in transit.
On Dec 3, now 10 business days after my purchase I got a notification my shirt was shipped. FROM CHINA. I'm more upset that they blatantly lied to me than anything else. It's currently Dec 5 and I haven't received anything

The cheap goods store sent items that were significantly different from what was actually delivered.

A complete waste of money. The items are nothing like the photos. They are cheap, direct-print garments from China. NOT A T-SHIRT, definitely not a vintage tee. Truly the cheapest crap I've ever received. They clearly stole an artist's photos and are passing them off as their own.

I was so excited about this order and when it arrived i was bitterly disappointed. The "vintage" t-shirts were poorly made screen painted fabric, not even t-shirt material. They were poorly sewn, and looked like square sacks when i put them on. The jewellery was even worse. Do not be fooled, the social media advertising and website photos are a scam and fraudulent. I spent $280USD and cannot get any response from the company for a refund!!

Grateful Dead Navy Tee is perfect! The navy color is rich, the fabric is soft against skin, and it holds its shape. The Neo10 code made my first purchase even better—great value for the price.

From china, if you have trouble and want help they will not help. Don't buy from them.

Do not order from this boutique. They do not accept returns no matter what bc they said it is too much of a hassle. They ever suggested I find a friend to give them to…WHAT! I spent $100 and no support here. Their return policy information is bogus. Don’t order from them.

I received a shirt from them and there was a tear right in the front as I opened it. They have a policy written saying that within 20 days they will refund you and they are arguing with me saying they’ll send me 30% off on my next order! Do not order from these people I have pix as well!

Order two shirts. After waiting 31 days to receive my order, one sent was completely the wrong shirt. Company has offered discount on NEXT order, 10% off the shirt I didn't want, and no need to ship back. The shirt was a gift. They do not understand that I'm not paying for something I didn't get. Website says US and UK based. They are Hong Kong. Recommend not ordering from this untrustworthy company. In the end, I disputed the charge with Amex.

I read horrible reviews about this boutique but ordered anyway. I do not get the negative reviews AT ALL!! Shirts were amazing and I love love love them. Will be buying more band tees.
