They are not based in San Francisco. That is a blatant lie. They do NOT have a 30 day money back guarantee. It takes multiple emails to get them to agree to a return, then they want you to ship it to China and pay for it. Quality is below par...bad materials. I do not recommend at all.

I would not order from Neona Boutique. I placed an order late May for a late June wedding. I didn’t get my items until 30+ days. I contact several times and while patiently waiting for an update on shipping or tracking I received emails back just saying to be patient. No tracking was ever provided. Since my event was already passed when I received the item I emailed about returning the dress but I was just given a coupon to shop again and they did not accept me return request.

Do not purchase from this company. I made the mistake and realized they were a fake boutique after my purchase. They stole a picture from one of the trusted boutiques that I purchase from. Minutes later I requested a refund and a cancelation. Filed a complained with PayPal. And 6 days later they are telling me they can only cancel with a 10% handling fee. Nope! Disgusting.

They advertised the shirts as authentic used rock band t-shirts. They are not! The fabric is polyester and not the same as seen on Facebook. I should have read the reviews but didn't see a place to check reviews. I won't buy from this company or any of the other odd-ball companies again. It's very hard to tell which are from China.

Company marketed shirt as vintage and one of kind. It was cheap, not authentic, mass produced and cheap looking. One place said One Size, packaging said Medium. Company has 30 day return policy. Been going back and forth for weeks. Finally saying they'll refund if I pay for shipping back to China. Horrible company, misleading, pain in the butt to deal with. Stay away!

I placed an order on May 1st and paid for expedited shipping, which their website states will take 3-5 days.

The day after I placed the order, I realized that the information they were advertising is false and these shirts are not one-of-kind but china produced. I sent an email on 5/2/25 to cancel my order and was told it had already shipped. It had not.

In fact, as of 5/20/25 and after at least 10 emails requesting refund, I still have not received this trash product.

I will be disputing with my credit card company today.

TOTAL SCAM. Order never arrived and they kept telling me to search my neighborhood and go to the post office. They stopped communicating with me as soon as I asked for a refund or for them to resend the items. They put responsibility on the customer instead of themselves. They are a fraud.

Total Scam! What I received was nothing like what was advertised- it was a synthetic T shirt with decal melted on- I ordered a medium and got an XXXL when I reached out to let them know I was unhappy with quality and size- they said returning was too difficult So I should keep it or gift it to someone (never it's so cheap I'd be embarrassed !) they will give me 20% off an additional order- now why would I order another poorly made shirt that doesn't fit and I don't like??- They never mentioned this was from out of the US. Advertising was deceiving- yes it took over a month to get. This was a $47 lesson - shame on them for bait and switch.

Ordered one of their boho tops. Took forever to just see it says “ being delivered”. Never came and they sent me a bogus tracking number. Kept telling me to check with my neighbors. Such a scam. Do not order from them.

I ordered a shirt from this company and it's terrible quality. It took a month to arrive and came from China. The band tee isn't a band tee at all. It looks like someone took a photo of a worn out band tee then clumsily printed it onto a cheap top. The shirt is also shorter than it appeared on the website (more like a crop top). I asked to return it and have received nothing but a run around. The company says it will cost too much to return it so they won't offer a refund, despite their website stating they do. Their solution was for me to "give it as a gift" and they'd give me 20% off a future order. Don't get duped like me. Do Not buy from this sleazy company.

Junk. Paid $38 for a top that’s worth $10. Supposed to be a vintage rock band shirt but it’s a crappy shirt with an iron-on transfer.

I had ordered a choker along with earrings and a couple of shirts. First off, the choker was advertised as leather - what i received was plastic. The earrings are extremely cheap, they came bent and not wearable. The material of the shirts is very cheap, they are not nice shirts like on the advertisement that I had seen. I contacted support at Neona Boutiques and they tried to block me from sending email responses and are not willing to help. They are not being very helpful and to return these items back to China is very costly. So if you think these look good and that you should buy anything from this website - don't it's cheap crap!!

I was so excited about my purchase-per their item description I ordered a red Def Leppard shirt. It came in hot pink. I never would have ordered that color. When I reached out to them they said lighting can change an appearance. What?! You advertise one color and sent another. I won’t even wear it. They won’t discuss it or exchange it. Do not buy from this company. My item doesn’t even resemble what they advertised.

They advertise one of a kind vintage t shirt upcycled but it is not vintage. Then they will not allow you to return the item. Do not buy they are a scam!

STAY AWAY.

I was introduced to this company through an ad. In the ad, the model is wearing a vintage tee with bell-shaped/bat-wing sleeves. Intrigued, I was suckered in and ordered two shirts, spending just over $80.

It took nearly a month to receive my shirts, despite them saying they are based in San Francisco, (My order shipped from China). When I opened my order, I found that it was NOTHING like what was described to me-- the material of the shirts they sent were of a cheap polyester/nylon material, NOT a t-shirt. I went to email them expressing my dissatisfaction; however, I was so angry with their false advertising, I decided to go ahead and report them to PayPal. I, thankfully, received all of my money back, but am now warning others. STAY AWAY from Neona Boutiques. They falsely advertise, and are a scam!

I am currently opening a dispute with this company and reporting them to PayPal so I can get a refund. After making the order, the website is unavailable, Phone number disconnected and none of the links in the order email are valid. Please do not order from this company. It is a scam

I received my order from Neona Boutique which took almost a month to receive. The shirts that were advertised on FB are NOT what I received!! They are like gym shorts materials and the print is backwards. I ordered 4 shirts and spent over $150 for this crap and now zero response from this place!! Please do not order from here!! CHEAP CHEAP CRAP CRAP!!!

I am in the process of trying to get a refund from this store! I was served an ad on Instagram for a vintage tee with fabric bell sleeves added to it, the shirt in the video ad was super cute. What I received was some kind of nylon or other material, certainly not a vintage tee, and not at all like the shirt in the video. They have gone from saying I have to send the item back to China at my expense, when I pushed back saying I should not have to pay to ship it back due to their false advertising, they offered me 40% back and to keep the item, I pushed back again and they have now offered my 70% back to not ship the item back. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and am now going back and forth with them through a PayPal claim, I am determined to get all the money back that I spent for this falsely advertised item!

Ordered shirt and it never was delivered. Tracking shows it was left in a mail box but not mine. Company refuses to issue refund.

I bought 2 shirts. Came from China and is cheap. It’s nylon and not tee shirt material. Sleeves aren’t see through. Terrible.
