neonondemand.com Reviews

Vinnie was very attentive to every detail and incredibly helpful in the communications.
The finished product looks even better than the concept, which had already impressed me!

So happy with my neon sign! They did an amazing job and it was delivered much faster than I expected.

The product was absolutely perfect and the service was truly amazing. Vinnie was extremely responsive; so helpful from the very beginning when I needed a quick quote and mockup, up until long after delivery when I was asking for even more.

Based on how long I took to confirm details, I fear I was a frustrating client. But, despite my end being so slow, Vinnie's response time remained SO fast.

We love our sign, and can't wait to have it on display in the office forever!

Thank you so much,

Ordered a sign for our beer garden for our pub thru Vinnie, was easy to order and arrived really quick. Sign best quality, bright even in day light, waterproof and makes all the customers happy. 2 years warranty! Definitely recommend as tried other neon sign business and been disappointed! Great job!

The process was very quick and efficient, we had the sign within a week of ordering. The sign is awesome, it makes a great addition to our office!

Fantastic customer service by Vinnie. After enquiring on the website for a custom neon light, we completed the purchase and signed off the design in 1 day, with the order arriving very shortly after. The design and quality is excellent and have several comments from clients to our offices. We will certainly be ordering more for other aspects of the company.

Great quality sign arrived as described and on time. Would recommend

Agreed to supplying our company signage and our company payment terms and specified a delivery within 10 working days.
12 days later sent an email that was ignored... sent another email a couple of more days later to be told that they have now decided to not do the order until payment had been made in advance therefor not fulfilling their 10 working day turnaround.
Not professional by any means and wouldn't recommend them for any kind of commercial client.

Excellent first class service and light.very happy and will be purchasing more from them

Vinnie was really helpful and responsive. He helped me decide which sign was best and was patient while I figured it out.

The sign came well apckaged - no change of breakage there! It's exactly as the mock-up shwoed it to be, and honestly, looks even better up on the wall and turned on.

Excellent customer service and a quality product, the end result was so good i approached him for a second sign and he delivered the same quality service even in my tight deadline. From the design process to the actual product being delivered extremely securely , I am extremely happy that I chose to go with neon on demand for My sign and will be using him again for any future work
Thank you again
