Amazing product and understanding staff!
I love that the owner worked with the ideas we shared. took our inspiration and turned it into a reality. We have had the sign for about 5 months already and have had no issues with it. Amazing work!

I had to pay 90 euro more for the custom. They didn't help with the communication with the custom and let me do all the speaking. at the end the answer they gave me when i ask for a refund for the costs of it, was that it is not in their policy and that it is written on the web page that it can comes to extra cost for the custom but they don't have any responsability for that.
Moreover, the neon signs of this type can be ordered on alibaba for half of the price.
