Communication could be better. Remote not working.
Communication could be better. Lighting remote doesn't work. When plugged in the beam is super bright it could do with a little dimmer - perhaps if the remote worked it might do the job. Before purchase there was more communication of course but afterwards when trying to fix the remote problem not so much. Waiting for the issue to be resolved. Other than that, it's a lovely design. Not sure if it's worth the money as it stands.

I get to proudly display my logo in neon lights!! Thank you!
I am so extremely proud of my logo and then to see it in neon...I am overjoyed with how perfectly you duplicated it in full color lights! Everything from the small turn-around time, to the professional communication, to the quick adjustment of the design I sent over, to the friendly professional emails...I could not be happier!

The supplemental tech and install support after the receipt of the sign. The quality of the actual sign is 5 star and leaves the desired impact of that Neon look in an LED application.
