Do not use! No customer service, would not amend order after I placed it and immediately realised I had incorrectly put an old address.

Inadequate Customer Service and Product Quality
The company’s customer service and product quality are severely lacking. While the jerseys exhibit satisfactory durability, the bibs and shorts’ elasticity deteriorates after repeated wear. These items begin to separate in non-wear areas and eventually become transparent due to the compromised fabric quality. Notably, the company does not offer a warranty after five wears, which strongly suggests that these issues are rooted in product quality problems. Consequently, I have decided to discontinue my purchases from this company. While I appreciate the ability to match my jerseys and bibs, I will no longer consider purchasing bibs from this company.

I wanted an inexpensive backup kit, so I bought a "basic" jersey and bibs for just over $100. I couldn't be happier. Fit as expected, with no unusual surprises. I can't comment on long-term durability yet, but initial impression on quality is excellent. I'm a fan.

Horrible customer service and quality. You can find better quality on Alibaba. I bought 2 jerseys and 1 bib. Bib has a minimal pad.

I’ve tried to return and they only offer credit store and charged me $25 for return, also they don’t even provide a return label.

Purchased 2 jerseys in the wrong size. Only tried on one and then repackaged and sent back at my own expense to which I was greeted with a gift card for only 1 jersey and an email saying I stained the item and will not be able to exchange. Terrible service and return policy and while we’re at it terrible sizing guide. Overall would not recommend at all.

Ordered large size cycling shorts at the discounted price of $45, which were in stock at the time of order. I received size extra small. Neopro told me it was my fault for not reviewing the order. They offered me a store credit upon me paying for the return of the shorts. At this time the price of the shorts had risen to $65.
Very poor customer service. I will never use them again.

Purchased the NeoPro Cargo Bib Shorts.
Quality and fit is poor for the money. Chamois is uncomfortable and fabric quite thin. I can only ride in them for an hour max. Also gave me saddle sores. If it wasn't for the decent pockets I'd give them only 1 star. I have $30 bibs from a well known Chinese online retailer that are better.
Sorry NeoPro, I really wanted to like these and order again, but no.

Purchase bike shorts and top for husband for Christmas. All paid including shipping. No items received . Neopro kept sending me back to USPS saying it was delivered . USPS stopped responding to inquiries and neopro just washed their hands of it. Crappy customer service . Too risky to order from a company like this

The sizing is wildly, insanely inaccurate, and you can only return for store credit minus shipping. The item I ordered had 2,000+ 5-star reviews. After recieivng, I find that inconceivable.

I bought a cycling jersey using their sizing guidelines. I'm 6', 200lbs. I wear a large in most jerseys. Their sizing guidelines say I should order a size large. They say in the size guidelines they are 'race cut' meaning they are form fitting so I ordered 2 sizes up. I went for a 2xl so it wasn't too tight. When I received it, it was so tight that I couldn't even zip it. I had my 13yo son try it on and it fit him. He's 115lbs, 5'6" tall and fit him!

I tried to return it because THEY made the sizing error, not me, but apparently, it is not eligible for return. Basically, money in the garbage.

I also ordered a hoodie, 2xl, (same size as the jersey) and it fits like a tent, which is exactly as it should since I ordered it 2 sizes bigger than it should be. This just proves the point that their jersey sizing is way off base.

I also bought 2 pairs of shorts. They are billed as being athletic shorts but they have NO stretch of any kind. Not sure how athletic you an be wearing something you can barely sit down in, let alone do squats in. Also, this was not returnable as well.

After placing the order on 11/14, the order finally showed up on 11/29, 2 weeks! They have a banner that says "next day processing" which is a lie.

I have purchased cycling apparel from several of the more cost-conscious brands (and a couple of more expensive ones) and NeoPro is the pick of the group where quality is concerned. They could probably charge more and have free shipping and a more generous return policy, but I'm happy to get a quality product without subsidizing those extra costs.

The icing on the cake for me is that an order from NeoPro was delivered the day my family evacuated the Tampa area before Hurricane Milton. When I returned home I found my mailbox was blown away with the order inside and was never recovered. When I reached out to NeoPro they immediately replaced my order. To me that's above and beyond the norm for customer care.

Really like the brand original, good fit and quality, this has dropped in the last year and the fit is too buggy.

The biggest issue amd what burn the bridge is the customer service and the return policy.

No money refund option only gift cards which actually you can't use on any of their sales, which is very concerning given its not a discount code.

Very disappointed, stay away, save yourself the trouble.

Asked a question on Instagram about why they don't do women's specific kit. Got called "ignorant". Rude. Women are not "small men" so need a different cut. Won't be shopping here!

I've purchased quite a few kits from NeoPro. The kits have always been great quality, true to size, and really comfortable. Durability has always been good. The bibs are not see-through. I love the higher amount of compression that their bibs offer. They're also very involved with the cycling community, which I think is important. Their cargo bib shorts are among some of my favorites. I'll buy from the again!

Poor quality bibs. Doesn't offer any protection. Will never buy from them again. Had to end my ride because of how bad the bubs were.

First time buy it’s too small. But you can’t just get a refund and reorder you have return and get store credit but I have no idea how to redeem that store credit. Can’t call sent email waiting. Meanwhile prices go up 20%. One and done for me

Bad sizing, if you order in the USA you are going to get European size, they will NOT give your Money back, plus you have pay shipping for return, and then to exchange you have to pay again for shipping and taxes, the quality of the cargo bids are not that good, better off getting it here with a local manufacturer

Poor quality - avoid!
I was a very loyal customer, promoting NeoPro to friends and suggesting they support a local Australian business. Multiple pairs of knicks lasted less than 10 rides. I contacted them expecting good and friendly customer service. Unfortunately I received the opposite. I was told the knicks are 'safe' to wear and I should continue wearing them. No cyclist should ever wear see-through knicks!
I contacted the NeoPro owner directly and have not received a response. My experience is:
1. Poor quality
2. Don't care about customer service or experience

Had been a very devout and Happy Neopro customer until this last shipment. I took part in the summer clearance sale which was All Sales are Final. I get it I purchased 2 items where Neopro specifically mentions sizing down a size, so I did. I got them and they are soooo big I can't wear them. I reached out and basically got tough luck from them. I understand it is all sales are final but I purchased based on their sizing recommendations. I will purchase elsewhere from now on.
