Great kit at affordable prices.
The neopro team are constantly adding new designs and the quality of kit is amazing. They seem genuinely invested in creating great experiences for their customers.

I've been riding for years and had owned many brands of cycling clothing, varying in costs and quality.
Neopro, for me ticks all the boxes. I've done 10 hr+ rides in the best and worst outdoor conditions. The quality is incredible and given the cost, being significantly affordable than most brands similar in quality is to be noted. I love the fact too that I am supporting a local Aussie brand and they're super easy to get a hold of if I need customer support. Ticks. All. The. Boxes.

I’ve just received my most recent order from NeoPro, and once again, it arrived quickly, well packed and everything as it should be.
The kit is really great quality! I’ve bought a few sets over the course of this year. The Zebra kit is under the Christmas tree.
This order was one of the hoodies, an MTB jersey and some socks. I don’t know how they do it for the price!

Great product at a good price and prompt delivery. I have made many purchases over the past 4 years and never had a problem.

Have been riding in NeoPro for two years now and find their products of equal quality to the more expensive brands. They are easy to deal with and quickly despatch your order.

Great gear very well priced usually delivered within a day or two,have bought a few kits over the last few years good quality.

These guys are the real deal. I stopped buying expensive kit from a company owned by Walmart and restocked on neopro. It's just as good and is a third of the price. On top of that Lizzi and Nick West are awesome people who are the face of their company and back what they sell. I just spent a lot more dosh on Black Friday Deals and honestly it is money well spent.

I have been a long term customer of this amazing company. Not only it’s affordable, the quality is incredible. I am getting lots of wear from the kits I have bought over the past two years. Nick & Lizzie have a vision for their company and that’s to encourage people to get on a bicycle and just ride by ensuring their kit is affordable and fun to wear. I have purchased *many* items from NeoPro over the last year and love them all! I ended up selling all my bibs/shorts from other brands after finding their bibs and cargo bibs to be far more comfortable and flattering to my shape! I also have short and long sleeve jerseys, a gilet, rain jacket, winter kit, socks, and other items from NeoPro, and they've all been exceptionally good quality given the price! They wash and wear well. I am a curvy girl, which is a bit anxiety-inducing when it comes to sizing in the cycling world, but found their size chart to be accurate and the fit excellent. My size chart sizing is race fit but not uncomfortable like other brands I have purchased. I do sometimes go up a size for a looser fit when it pleases me! I've also purchased multiple items for my partner, and he's been happy with everything as well.

I received timely and polite customer service when I had an issue with one item. I find their team to be engaged, interested, and quick to respond on social media channels as well. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a supporter of NeoPro since its conception and have nothing but good things to say about the quality of their gear and their customer service. I literally own bibs that I’ve ridden in for over 5 years and they are still going strong. Thanks so much for making cycling kit more affordable.

Found NeoPro through a facebook ad a few years ago, and since then haven't bought any other brand. I initially wasn't sure on sizing as I sit between sizes in almost everything I wear. Ordered a couple of different sizes to try and sent back what didn't fit. Quick responses and easy process. I wear a M/L in tshirts and ended up with a L in NeoPro kit.

Quality is great and my original order is still going strong. I have about 8 bibs and get out to ride most days. While I can tell which are my oldest, they are still comfortable and I would still do a long ride in them.

The updated fabric and cut of the jersey is a fantastic addition, with full sleeve options to keep the sun off. Fits really well and stands up to long rides with no problem.

Just received my latest order which arrived in a couple of days which was better than expected.

I have recommended them to multiple people who echo my feelings about the quality and price of the kit.

Holes near the seams after wearing 3 times. I emailed the company with pics and they called it general wear and tear.

100% agree with buyer beware! This company practices bad business. We placed an order for 3 items which NEVER arrived. Neopro blamed a shipping error. After several weeks Neopro informed us that our items were oversold and therefore our shipment couldn't be fulfilled. Eventually, our money was refunded MINUS the shipping cost. So we paid $8 and received nothing in return.

Ordered a short sleeve jersey (USA design). The jersey itself was actually pretty ok, except for the fact that it had a little hole in the front. I wrote Neopro about this situation, with attached pictures, and they replied that because I had already removed the tags (attached with a string) that they would not be taking the product back! Furthermore, they said they QC every product before they ship them out, therefore, I must somehow caused this hole in garment in the process of trying it on. Really?! So - no refund, no return, no replacement jersey.

Another thing - not sure how those reviews on their website are gathered, there is no option to enter a review. They must have disabled it or something for people like me who aren't happy with their practices. I also couldn't filter for the 1 or 2 star reviews to read them. Dodgy.

Do not order from this company. Horrendous customer service. They’ll take your money then tell you too bad, your loss.

Placed 4 orders over a 12 month period. 3 of the orders were for "in-stock" items. On each of those orders nearly 2 weeks passed with zero communication. Reached out directly only to be told their order "queue" was backlogged....again. After another week, they were "out of stock". NeoPro are a fly-by-night business. They take orders, collect money and then send their order off for production. Horrible business model IMO. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with them.

Impossible to contact this company have been waiting for a refund which they now say was never returned. There always looking into it! . It was tracked by Australia post. Never use this site. I should have listened to all the other complaints for refunds. No way to contact this terrible company
