Nero Living Reviews

Love my new headboard, it’s absolutely beautiful. It was delivered in perfect condition and so swiftly after purchase. Tez called to give delivery updates the day before delivery and on the day, and he was so helpful and friendly. Brilliant service. Thank you so much!

Tez and azim was extremely friendly and helpful delivering the headboard i ordered they also called the day before to inform of time slot and also called again 5 minutes before arrival I'm extremely happy with the service that was provided I'll definitely be shopping with Nero living again 10/10

Nero Living has been absolutely fantastic, from first communication to delivery and assembly of the bed. The service was fantastic right from the start with Sam on helping configure the right bed and Tez and Azim delivering and assembling the product. Very professional and friendly and stunning furniture. Thank you very much for everything, very much appreciated.

I love my new bed. The fabrics are great and it was customized to my taste. The service was great (from clarifying doubts on the phone to the delivery and assembly). Two things I would suggest improvements on: (1) I got the gas lift ottoman bed but it is still a little difficult to pull up (I have a similar one from another brand that is a little easier) and (2) the string to pull the bed up could be nicer (on my other comparable bed i have a metal piece that is a bit more elegant). But these are minor points vs the amazing bed I got! Thank you, Nero team

Gorgeous bedhead and well made. Looks lovely in our guest room. Competitively priced and delivery was prompt. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I recently ordered The Swash Bed with custom fabric along with a mattress from Nero Living, and we couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience.

We were skeptical at first given the competitive pricing and overly positive views on Trustpilot, but now we understand why.

From our very first interaction, the customer service was outstanding - incredibly responsive, attentive, and helpful. Considering we ordered a custom piece, the lead time was surprisingly fast (c. three weeks).

On delivery day, the team was brilliant. They were so friendly and worked with incredible speed and efficiency - handling the delivery and complete installation in around 40 minutes from arrival to departure.

The product itself is high-spec and built to an amazingly high standard. It’s been a long time since we’ve experienced this level of premium service alongside such exceptional product quality. It is genuinely refreshing, and we could not recommend Nero Living highly enough!

Very good company to deal with. They gave me competitive trade discounts and delivered directly to my clients.

What can I say? 10/10, service, quality, delivery, tick, tick, tick ✔️✔️✔️
Having never bought from Nero Living before, felt I was taking a slight risk, but did check reviews prior to ordering.
I am more than impressed!
Fabulous quality at a great price & even the delivery team were excellent. Kept me updated & delivered on time.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend & send a big thankyou to you, a great family business!

Great communication and responsive to all questions. The company was able to re-enforce the bed frame to hold a heavier matters. Only issue was 2 screws did not align with the gas lift mechanism but the bed still feels sturdy. Great design and endless material and colour options.

Top service from start to finish. We ordered the moon bed it was totally different to anything we'd seen in bed shops and it fit our space requirements. Issue with delivery but they went above and beyond to get it sorted. We'll definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Umar was fantastic! Service was unbelievably quick and very professional.

Great service from start to finish. The service was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. The driver should have a special mention he was great and kept me informed throughout the delivery. The headboard is well made and the material great. Have ordered extra material to have a blind made to match —I would highly recommend.

Great company to deal with. Purchased 2 beds from here after being recommended and absolutely love it. They were excellent to deal with and nothing was a problem for them. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Thank you again.

Excellent company, great customer service.

Highley reccomend.

After reading the reviews here we ended up purchasing the Nautilus mattress and the mademoiselle bed. The mattress is breathable, supportive and comfortable. You can tell by the seamless design of the mattress it is of high quality.
The bed has that soft luxury look which is perfect for a minimalistic setting. You can tell it’s sturdy and well made.

Decided to take the leap and go for the witney bed. Completely transformed my bedroom giving it that premium feel. Excellent communication throughout. Top company 👍

Decided to go for the Almo Bed superking with gas lift storage. Can tell the fabric is of high quality and the bed feels premium. It completes the look of my room. Great communication throughout👍👍

Ordered our beds for each bedroom and certainly not dissapointed. Had to adjust some dimensions for the headboards and they were more than happy to accomodate for that. Had to wait slightly longer due to the dimension adjustment but got emails to keep me updated. Anyhow delivered by the friendly drivers and assembled. Love the beds and love the quality with great attention to detail
