Being first time buyers, we were feeling a little bit overwhelmed with everything we needed to get sorted. We recently used Nest (dealing with James Taylor) to organise our house and contents insurance. Very professional attitude with great customer service and communication. We had a delay in completion and James kept in touch but didn't badger us. A pleasure to deal with a company who ensure you get the best product and treat you as an individual rather than a one size fits all approach. We would definitely recommend.

Super easy and supportive experience from Richie who helped guide me through the process. Buying my first place was stressful and a big learning curve and he didn't hesitate to answer all my 101 questions - highly recommend Richie and Nest.

Richie was brilliant, we had an initial call to discuss needs etc then booked in to discuss the following Tuesday however I had a call to say exchange was happening on the Monday, I asked if there was any chance he had time on the Monday and he called straight away no hesitation and got me all set up with the home insurance.
