Excellent, super fast service from the NetNerd team. I am quite sure they go above and beyond their duty as nothing is too much trouble for them. They helped me out no end with an old deleted (Yahoo did this) email address. If you're looking for hosting then look no further. Get on board with NetNerd. They're simply the best hosts around

Contacted support after accidentally deleting my whole database with no backup (yes I know) Support came back within 6 minutes having restored it from their own server backup. I then asked about another issue on the same ticket and this was sorted just as fast.
This is one of the best support services I have ever used, been with this company well over 20 years and the response is always polite, fast and detailed.
Highly recommend them.

I had an issue with emails not being received. I opened a ticket and within 15 minutes SPF and DKIM were set up on my account and the issue resolved - thanks to Saranya 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I had a major problem updating my website which really worried. I opened a ticket on the help section of their service and the problem was resolved, not with ease, but with expert help and knowledge.

Until a year or so ago I was happy with previous hosts (tso) but recently product and support went downhill in a big way. I knew about NetNerd as they were hosting another site of which I took over the admin. The price is great and the support while I have been transferring sites and domains across has just been out of this world fantastic, both in response times and usefullness. The speed of the site loading has increased, the price has gone down and I'm a very happy bunny. I imagine you would be too.

Took a while to explain what it was that i needed but as usual, Support got me there. Former employee changed the name servers to cloudflare without authorisation and we didnt know until we tried to correct a mail issue. Initially support were not able to assist but with a bit of pressure (move the domain!) it was done in 2hours.

Rarely need to call on support but when I do it's always a very helpful, quick and positive experience, and has been for years now. Highly recommend
