The choosing and ordering process was excellent. Danny was very good - not pushy, but informative. Since we ordered the company has kept us in touch with developments. We are now awaiting our new mattress. Well done to Danny so far!

We went to to look at sofas today at nettletons .we was left to browse on our own without pressure.we asked for some information on what we liked and paul who was very helpful answering all our questions .very relaxed atmosphere .all staff very friendly .very happy with our purchase.would highly recommend this company

In an ever increasing stressful, and sales orientated world, it was a pleasure to experience a real old fashioned company with old fashioned values of patience , politeness, and trust.
We wanted a new dining table and chairs, and Julie our sales assistant looked after us impeccably.
We picked a dining set, but unfortunately the table was too wide, but we wanted the chairs.
We were unsure if they would fit our existing table. Without hesitation Julie suggested that we take two of the chairs home to see if they fitted !
Now that is customer service, with a smile.
Order placed for six chairs.

The thing that made the experience first class was the staff and most of all Symone who never rushed use but was there when we needed her with great advise covering the things you really need to know when making a big investment in new furniture. we felt all stores could do with a Symone it was just first class customer service

Our first ever visit and we already had an idea of what sofas we wanted and were guided by Paul B who was very informative and pointed out certain aspects. we made our choice, and can't believe it was all so efficient, very pleased.

We have recently bought a dining table and chairs, and a 2 seater sofa from Nettletons. The staff especially Andy were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and we were left to browse without getting the hard sell. I also dealt with Danny regarding garden furniture and again, excellent service - he rang me back not long after I called with the answer to my questions. Delivery guys amazing. Very polite, professional and friendly. 5 star service.

As new customers of Nettleton's we were made to feel welcome and offered advice and help in a friendly way. There was none of the usual salesroom pressure and staff were courteous and friendly. Simone and Paul were especially helpful and friendly.

The entire experience was very good and the small personal touches by Nettleton's made us very glad we choose to buy our new furniture from them.

We recently visited your store to choose a new mattress and were fortunate to be assisted by a member of your team named Danny. From start to finish, the service we received was exceptional. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to fully understand our needs without any pressure to rush our decision.

We came into the store yesterday for the first time and were able to find, and purchase 3 sofas for our first home!! We are very pleased to get them all from the same place due to the great selection. Symone was more than helpful whilst we were at the store and we will definitely be back in the future.

Visited this store today & looked round without anybody pushing sales which was fantastic & put us at ease.
Greeted by Symone who told us to browse the store & if we needed help she would be happy to oblige. Great service by her & we ended up buying a new suite & looked at carpets too. Everything explained clearly & any questions we had answered fully.
