7 razlicitih ljudi, uvek razlicite informacije i na kraju nezadovoljna musterija. Sto dalje od ovih prevaranata iz Svedske.
Budu li vam se javljali operateri Djino, Damir, Nevena, Jovana, uzimajte svaku informaciju sa rezervom jer tehnicki operateri i administracija rade kao da su dve razlicite firme.
2 puta dobijem informaciju da je sve zavrseno sa mojim pitanjem i na kraju mi saopstavaju da ne ispunjavam kriterijum.
Naravno, ovi sto odgovaraju na mejl, ne ostavljaju imena

I took the trial period of 30 days. On last day I cancelled subscription. Day after I realized the money for next month subscription was withdrawn from my card on the last day of usage. I contacted the support, they told me I was late with cancellation (on their site it was clear written 29/30 days when I did the cancellation). We went back and forth with emails, and I was winning the case each time, but they refused to refund the money. They sent me their policies, where it states that next period is being automatically charged at the BEGGINING of the next period. However, the money was withdrawn while I was still on the first trial period. If you take this subscription, be very careful to cancel it before the first period ends, few days before it ends. Otherwise, they will charge you in front and you won't get your money back. They go against their own policies, and obviously they don't care at all.

The quality of the channels went down significantly since last year. Their server is overloaded and the programs freeze constantly. Do not use.

Chanels do not work. Don't use service from this company

Izbvjegavati njihove streaming usluge, jako losa usluga!!!!

Najbolja i najjednostavnija navigacija. Dobar izbor programa. Moguće vraćati unazad, pauzirati ili premotati unaprijed....
Ako zelitis gledati legalno i kvalitetno onda je ovo najbolji izbor (probao sam mnoge distributere ali...)

This company is a bunch of thieves who have taken payment regardless of the standing order being cancelled with the bank and now they are unwilling to offer a repay the money. Bunch of vultures. The customer service is very poor and their customer service is also very rude! They are like robots and judging from the reviews by other people I can see that this is a reoccurring theme and has been happening to other people. They had no authorisation to reactivate our cancelled subscription. Also, they make it very complicated to do so, which is obviously intentional, and make cancellation impossible over a device or mobile. I don’t think they have adapted or caught onto the recent laws that were passed about these complicated procedures and it appears that these laws do not apply to them. Unless they put right this situation, they will be reported. This problem will not go away.

Здравейте,нов клиент съм или по точно исках да бъда защото след двукратен опит за плащане с напълно легална кредитна карта с кояте се разплащам по целият техен служител ми се смееше по телефона и ми каза да пробвам с друг метод за плащане защото не ми била удобрена от тях

Do not waste your money! There is nothing that you would benefit, repeatedly movies for years. And the most recent was they cut new series so you are unable to watch it. When you call to speak with them, they are blaming Prva TV for it. Will not continue my service with net tv.

Don’t trust Net TV Plus with your credit card details.

Even though I canceled my active subscription they activated and charged my card with a new much more expensive monthly subscription.

Contacting Customer Support didn’t help. They just reference their terms and conditions that they can activate and charge for a new plan before the old plan ends. Their justification for this is that they don’t want for their service to be interrupted.

Customer support refused to cancel and issue a refund for the plan that the company automatically activated, that I didn’t ask for, and that didn’t even started when I contacted them.

I never experienced this kind of business practice. I’m surprised that it’s legal. I had a terrible experience and I won’t be using them anymore in the future.

Da moze dao bi nulu 0 ali teska srca moram ovu 1 zvezdicu da dam. Prevaranti i lazovi. Kad je akcija vi uplatite oni vam ukradu 3 meseca tog besplatnog sto vas sleduje. Zovete 10 puta i niko nema pojma. Kazu od trenutka aktivacije tece pretplata, i tu ukradu pa vam pocne pretplata cim uplatite. Kazu moze na dva uredjaja istovremeno vi uplatite taj paket ali stize vam poruka da gledate na previse uredjaja i da morate da iskljucite taj drugi sto ste im platili. Potpisete ugovor oni kazu ne vazi, ok, onda nista, ali ne mozete da raskinete jer ugovor vazi. Kratko iako ima jos dosta toga. Lopovi, prevaranti i slicno. Bezite od njih sto dalje.

Najgori ste! Placam za 3 uredjaj. Dva su iskljucena, a na trecem ne radi jer mi pise, da gledam na sva tri istovremeno. I to vec dva meseca. Ne bacajte pare bezveze!

I got the free trial for 24 hours and it was amazing so I decided to buy it for 30 days. Thankfully, I only purchased it for 30 days. Day 2 the app started to freeze shows that I was watching. I updated/refreshed the app. After that, the app stopped freezing the channels I was watching and instead just closed out completely. This is a pain considering how it takes the app one minute to one minute and a half to load up before you can get to the home screen. I will be not renewing this service once my 30 days are up. I also read somewhere that they have rude customer service and keeps your credit card information on file even though the customer does not agree to this. This is a complete waste of time and money!

Ja imam Net Tv Plus vec 10 godina. Moje iskustvo sa njima je veoma pozitivno. Smartam da su veoma profesionalni i ljubazi kada stupite sa njima u kontakt telefonom.

Klasicni lopovi kad necete vise da produzite pretplatu oni sami skinu pare jer sacuvaju podatke od vase kartice iako vi pri prvom placanju stavite da nezelite da ostaju podatci od kartice a kad trazite povracaj novca nece da vrate.zato je najbolje da zablokirate i zamenite karticu. Drugo slika koci i blokira ,kada imaju fudbalske utakmice ne prenose champions league ni reprezentacije kad igraju ne preporucujem nikom sto dalje od ovih lopova jer ce te imati samo probleme .preko interneta mozete naci nase kanale mnogo bolje i jeftinije koji vam nude mnogo vise i i bolje od ovih lopova

Prevaranti. Ovo je prvi i poslednji put da sam koristio njihove usluge. Naplaćuju sa kartice bez ikakve autorizacije. Aplikaciju koju imaju je totalni promašaj. Ne razumem kako uopšte rade. Sve u svemu katastrofa.

Previse problema sa njima. Prije su isto nudili Paypal placanje, sad si ukinuli to i sad se placa preko web banke - a vecinom ljudi placaju 5-10 evra banci jer se prebacuje pare van drzave.
Kanale znaju da koce cesto i ako se ima internet konekcija 100/100 mbit. Nebi preporucio nikome.
