Network Security Reviews

Network security are exceptional value for money and have great after care service. Everyone on the team is so helpful and friendly. Nothing is a problem with them. We feel very safe with the new alarm system and the app is so user friendly. Very happy thank you. Definitely recommend

Alarm installed by Karell. He did a great job and explained everything to us simply and efficiently. Felt confident when he left that we understood the settings and were in control.
Thank you Karell

When I decided to go with you it was because my son is a customer & recommended you. Ailish was very nice to speak to & signed me up. Nicola Hook the technician who did the instal was very good & very thorough.I didnt realise that the system I was getting was different from the homesecure one but she put my mind at rest & was very helpful explaining the new system to me & put me at ease with it before she left. All in all a good experience

Alex was great and explained to me how works the alarm and system very well

Easy to contact, did all the work for new install. Very helpful staff, all completed on phone. Offered Good price.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with.
Good customer service agents.
Fast reply and work.
Great service all way long.

Excellent service from first contact through to installation.

System Upgrade. The installation Technician Evan was very knowledgable, friendly, helpful and respectful to the property when carrying out the work. Work was done in the scheduled time slot.
A happy longterm customer.

Communication between seller and installer wasn't the best as the installer had taken down all the old equipment apart from the old box at the outside of the property whereby my partner had to disarm the old display box and install the new one for the installer. The installer had put in one sensor that was not agreed upon amd had to change it but overall it was a good experience.

Great customer service from Alex at network security, went above and beyond to ensure our service went well
