I had a great experience with Network Security. Karell installed my alarm system and was excellent from start to finish. He was really professional, friendly and clearly knew his stuff. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was happy with how everything worked before he left.
He even had to safely remove a bat that was hiding inside my old alarm panel!
Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Network Security.

Eddie is always friendly n helpful
Eddie is always friendly n helpful, he returns calls very quickly and arranged date within a short timeframe for alarm to be serviced. Brian called me 30mins ahead of arrival, put up a new cover outside my house, then carried out a full alarm service , he too was very friendly. We are very happy with network security, having a human on the other end of the line makes it so easy to arrange /cancel or find support. If the alarm is activated the security call us within 2/3 minutes I find they're very quick to respond to alarm call. 100%recommend Network Security.

A very good company that you can trust
From first contact information was clear and pricing was plainly but clearly explained. Installers arrived exactly on time and did a very neat job plus instructed me on the use of the system. The few times I needed to phone the company, eg. how to change my pin or code numbers, the personnel were patient ( I am well into my seventies and not of the computer generation or I.T.) and very helpful. In recent weeks I have had most interaction on email or phone with a staff member named Eddie. He has been excellent, articulate, well informed, good -humoured, but above all extremely helpful. I shall recommend this company to others in my circle.

We’ve had the Network Security system…
We’ve had the Network Security system installed in our home for over 8 years, and we chose them again when we moved to our new place. Their service is excellent. Whenever there’s an issue, the team is always helpful and accommodating, especially when arranging appointments. The engineers are very professional. We’re very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.
