I had a faulty sensor and I called to…
I had a faulty sensor and I called to report the issue. I was given a repair date and given advise on how to disable just that one so that the others would work. Stephen came and replaced all batteries and checked to make sure the faulty one was back on line.

Excellent service from Network Security. The maintenance call-out was arranged quickly and the technician arrived promptly, was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He identified the issue with my alarm system camera, explained what was wrong and had it repaired efficiently. Everything was tested thoroughly before he left, and the camera is now working perfectly. I was very impressed with the quality of the service and would have no hesitation in recommending Network Security for their excellent workmanship and customer service.
