I have been using Network Security for…
I have been using Network Security for the past 5 years. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for security for their premises. Never had a problem. If alarm does go off (which is very irregular) I receive a telephone call regarding this. It’s great that I can set and unset alarm from my phone anywhere in the world.

Nobody called us when the alarm went off
Maintenance is ok, and regular as planned.
We had an event when the alarm switched off due to electrical blackout but nobody phoned us and they weren't able to understand if anyone in their office phoned us. If there were burglars the alarm would have been useless.
I asked them to communicate by email, but they keep phoning and sending SMS, not really client related.

Service appointment arranged by phone engineer arrived on time having first made contact by phone of his arrival time. Completed the service under 2hrs this included his discussion with me if I had any issues with the system as well as filling his check sheet.
