I had been a long time follower of Dan's YouTube channel. One day, out of curiosity, I decided to message him on Facebook with a question I had been stuck on for ages. To my surprise, Dan not only replied but also was very kind and generous in his response to my question. I learned about the workshop and decided to register. My husband and I participated in the workshop today and suffice to say that we have made significant progress in our investment journey already. So many people like us fall into the trap of browsing Rightmove and so on without having a clear goal and investment strategy. During the workshop, Dan walked us through each step that precedes actually viewing the properties. Having this knowledge and a clear goal, I feel more confident about the prospects of investing in real estate. An intense and extremely comprehensive workshop covering all aspects of property investing. This course is perfect for those that have not yet started as it covers all of the crucial steps to consider before you set up and make a purchase as well as the whole process.

I've attended a few different workshops on property investing and majority of them are just a big sell to subscribe. You don't get that with Dan. Honest, fair, direct information and guidance.

I am a careful and thoughtful person. I just hit the ripe old age of 50, have been successful working for someone else. I own my house but I want to emulate Dan's success and create income outside of my 8-5 job. (To escape the rat race as it is generally known). Dan's workshop training gives me further confidence to do so. Also, Dan does a great job of being contactable for queries you may have. Unlike so many of the so called 'gurus' out there, Dan is real person who faces real day-to-day challenges and yet finds a way to create a path that can be followed even by cautious souls like me. I have been interested in investing in property for a while, but I have always been apprehensive about taking the first step due to lack of confidence in my knowledge of the area. This is no longer the case.

I attended Dan's New2Property workshop in Birmingham last weekend and have come away with a wealth of knowledge that I didn't have before. What I liked about how Dan is his realistic approach and honesty in the information he provides. He goes into great detail on how to build up a solid business that is successful and sustainable, no matter your circumstances. I still have a lot to learn, but with Dan's advice I now know the places to look and who to talk to in order to start my property journey.

Attended Dan's live event in Birmingham (a 11-hr marathon of content) after following him on YouTube for a long time.

The day was a complete BTL blueprint ranging from the oft-neglected (by me at least) thinking about why you're in this game to begin with/what your goals are, through to viewing, offering, purchasing, letting, tax planning etc.

What I like about Dan is he's genuine, accessible, down-to-earth, and has obviously got stuck in when it comes to property. Real advice and wisdom from a normal guy who has saved his money and grafted to build his portfolio, that regular people can actually apply, whether you're considering starting or already have a portfolio.

I was on Dan's mentorship in 2019 and learned a great deal all about B2L's and business. The energy and passion Dan has for his mentees to get the most out of his training is great. We've kept in touch often since and I still attend his training 4 years on. I've recently attended his 'Becoming an Investor' Blueprint day course and he taught the full cycle from having the end in mind and setting up a compliant business with the end goal incorporated, to finding deals, assessing them, running the numbers and managing the agents and even accounts. All all in one short compact course with loads of value. I highly recommend the mentorship for anyone wanting to be a savvy investor.
