Last weekend I attended Dan's workshop for buy to let and it was incredibly insightful. Not only about the ins and outs of BTLs but the foundation in which to build on. The workshop has not only given me the tools but the motivation to begin my BTL journey. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get into BTLs or gain more knowledge in the subject to get a place with Dan at his workshop!!

I attended Dan's workshop in Birmingham and can't say enough good things about it to anyone who's asked. The day was well formatted, providing plenty of opportunities to network with others and learn from everyone else journey, as well as leaning on Dan's vast years of experience to help guide our own journeys into property investing.
I've been following Dan for a while on instagram, getting useful hints and tips I've been implementing in my own investments. I saw he was putting on a live workshop/seminar face-to-face, so felt I had to give it a go.
I went into the day not sure what I would gain from it as I had already started investing prior, but the workshop provided so much great information and advice to help excel my portfolio, as well as providing tips on how to improve what I've already done.
The follow up experience has been great too, with Dan providing some further information from the day, as well as the upcoming 1-2-1 call, to ask even more questions, which hopefully he can help with.

The workshop went through each and every step on how to start your BTL journey from A to Z. It gave me the tool to knowing how to set up the business, looking into the Finance bit and also running the business, etc…

Recently attended Dan's workshop in Birmingham and was really pleased with his honest presentation and content. I started following Dans YouTube videos about a year ago and from there I decided to book in a couple of one-to-one sessions with him and then I read his book cover to cover.. this helped me reverse engineer my goals and put me on the roadmap to were I wanted to go.. I’ve had a few setbacks along the way, so then his course came up which I thought I would embark on it definitely didn’t disappoint. I myself struggle to concentrate in the classroom environments but the way it was taught was more interactive and engaging so overall it was fun. I now feel equipped to follow the steps and take the leap.

Dan is an experienced Buy-To-let investor who provides actionable insights into property investing. Coming new into property investment I required a mentor who would teach me the process, explain how the system worked and when to take action. I would highly recommend Dan to anybody who is interested in learning more about Buy-To-Lets and experienced investors

I utilised Dan's reclaiming stamp duty pack. It was clear and informative throughout, giving a step by step guide as to what to do. Honestly its idiot proof, anyone can claim using the information Dan has made. I am not new to property and paid a legal company £4000 to do my last one so very grateful to Dan for sharing such amazing content.

I had a phone consultation with Dan and its the best decision I’ve made. In 1 hour I learnt more than I had done for 6 months researching online. It was worth every penny and I can’t recommend highly enough!
