I love the eyepods, I have definitely noticed a difference under my eyes. The first set lost power after a few months and they replaced them right away and then in a month the 2nd pair did the same thing. Christine, helped me and sent me another replacement along with complementary eye pads. These seem to be working fine so far. Their customer service has been exceptional.

I really appreciate how quickly and efficiently the Newtiful team works with clients. They provided prompt responses to all my questions and resolved any issues that arose; their explanations were clear, and I am delighted to have found such a dedicated and friendly team of professionals. Olena

What a pleasant surprise. In the past when having to deal with customer service on a new order with other companies, it has been a hassle. My order was missing one of four products and Newtiful customer service was professional and accommodating and I'm able to continue using the product. Back in February, I gave Newtiful a 1 star review. Without even asking, they sent me a brand new pair. I never tried the new pair until early April, because I believed that the eye pods were actually harmful to my skin. I read the directions carefully and have used them twice a day for the past two months. Now it is actually working - my wrinkles are gradually disappearing. You have to spend ten minutes, morning and night and make sure that they are firmly placed under your eyes. You will feel a slight tingle. After the red lights go out, make sure you use the solution provided. The solution is soothing. I have tried for years using eye wrinkle creams and nothing has worked. I now believe that this works but you have to make the investment of time each day. Make sure you lay back when you use these and hold them on your eyes so that there is good contact. Also, make sure you have the adhesive strips on properly.

I am 47 and I have eye bags, I bought the eyepods to find a solution for my eye bags, but unfortunately after a few days using the pods, I started to have pain in my right eye orbit bone. I really do not know why, but I had to stop using the eyepods. I contacted customer service to let them know my problem and to find a solution. And I can believe how fast Christine answered my emails, and in the same day after a few email conversations, she resolved my issue with a complete refund. I really didn't expect that, "complete refund in 1 day" . The eyepods didn't work for me, but I am really happy with their customer service. Christine is awesome! Adriana

Do not waste your money on these, i have had these maybe 2 weeks, half the time the micro current does not work, they are complete junk, charging them does not do anything half the time. I was so excited to get these complete waste of money.

Christine addressed my problem right away. She was very clear and helpful. When it turned out the problem was on their end, she arranged to send me a new product right away.

AJ was so great to assist me even I got a problem with the product I purchased as we discussed over the confusion and uncomfortable in use. AJ tried to offer me additional assistance but I was not happy was the product and finally AJ offered to full refund without returning the product. I really appreciated AJ’s all support and excellent services on behalf of the company.

The advertisement stated that if you were not satisfied with their product, they guaranteed a refund. I purchased it and was very disappointed. I wanted to return the item and get my money back, but I received absolutely no response from Customer Service. I then left a review, and they responded to me instantly.They said: “ Because of that, our system now requires the review to be removed first before the refund option becomes available on our end.

I truly want to help resolve this for you as quickly as possible. You can even stay online with me while removing the review, and the moment the restriction is lifted, I will personally process your full refund right away”. Of course, I was skeptical that they would actually follow through, but I deleted the review—and Customer Service never issued the refund. I do not recommend this company; they deceive people.

AJ was very prompt in their response to my situation. They resolved it quickly and without any hesitation.

I had an issue with my Newtiful eye pod device, and contacted Newtiful support site. A representative named Christine contacted me, and once my issue was reviewed, she arranged for a NEW unit to be sent to me at no cost. Christine was very responsive and resolved the issue very quickly. I really appreciate the consideration given to my situation and resolving quickly!
