Issues around moving flats within the…
Issues around moving flats within the square were complex but Hannah persisted and resolved the complications. Communications with the move involved Robert re debts/payments from both flats which were resolved by both Hannah and Robert's persistence.

Hannah Henshall
Since coming on board for our development Hannah Henshall has proved to be a good addition to our property management. She always displays a friendly attitude to customers and is usually available to speak to about problems. She keeps the development up to date with job progress, and generally gets things done. I would say she has been a valuable addition to the Newton team.

Security Entrance
I received a quick response to my initial enquiry. I did have to check back if the issue I raised had been dealt with as I was not advised and, being at work all day, I was unaware a contractor had attended. However, in saying that, when I did follow-up, I received an immediate response, explanation and prompted to contact again if there were further issues.

hannah made things happen
following a stroke in 2024 I had requested a bannister be added to allow me to go down downstairs. After a lengthy period of inactivity, when Hannah came on board she made it happen with in a few weeks. It's no over-estimation to say its made huge postive difference, thank you

This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. 3 weeks for a roofer to sort a leaking roof (they adopt a 'fire and forget' approach and had made an error when passing on my number). More than 6 weeks to pay an invoice and had to be constantly chased: imagine that in reverse. They are wholly focused on profit: customer service is not a term they seem to be familiar with. And they have my contact details so the reply is bogus. Appalling.
