Reliable company
Company was very efficient and reliable, product details clear, payment secure, communication good and delivery prompt. Bed itself is a little flimsy, but price reflects that. One of the two clips supplied to fit the two parts of the king size divan base together did not quite slot in firmly, we had to use tools to insert it, and the two parts are prone to movement, but we wanted this bed as an occasional guest bed and it served well.

I ordered a single divan bed for my son.
It arrived when expected and with great communication from the delivery driver.
So easy to put together, looks great and the mattress is super comfortable. I'll be ordering another for my other son.

Anti slip more slip and slide.. dangerous
The base clearly says anti slip but the mattress slips and slides like Bambi on ice. Don't ideal - I have had to get double strength velcro to attach. Quite disappointed

Lightweight but headboard really good…
Lightweight but headboard really good quality. Very pleased with the bases and headboards, quick delivery with good communication, delivery guys were great and carried it all carefully all up narrow steep staircase.

Overall service disappointing
Bed (divan and head board) quality is good. Unfortunately, there was no way of arranging delivery at a pre-determined time (or indeed any indication as to how long delivery would be) so I simply received an e-mail advising of the delivery date, two days hence. This is not acceptable for people with busy lives. When it arrived the courier service was pleasant and polite. When I unpackaged the item 4 of the 8 feet of the bed were missing so it could not be assembled. The company sent the missing feet by post so it was another 5 days before the bed could be set up. Disappointing.

If you required a specific delivery date, we would have done our best to accommodate this if it had been communicated to us. If the delivery date provided was not suitable, you could have replied to the email to request an alternative date that worked better for you.
