The course is quite thorough and plenty of content, however the robotic delivery is off-putting. I had to turn down the volume and read the information myself.
The Stress Management modules seemed to focus more on stress when driving and managing that kind of stress rather than stress management within the office administrative setting. Therefore, this module seemed out of place and irrelevant. After I submitted the Assignment and completed the Final Exam, it was unclear how to obtain my REED Completion Certificate, even though I had messages congratulating me on completing the course and could order the certificates, it was unclear that in order to get the REED Completion Certificate, you actually HAVE TO complete the 'Free' modules at the end, it is implied that these are optional. My manager and I are still unclear what we paid for when I submitted my Assignment and how to obtain the NextGen Qualifications showing that I obtained a Distinction!? It seemed you could purchase these before actually completing the course!?

I purchased a course with them through Groupon, expecting the voucher to cover the full course as advertised. I followed all the steps, registered, and redeemed the voucher without any issues.
However, once inside the platform, I was unable to complete the course or request a certificate unless I paid additional fees. The website keeps prompting you to pay again for things that should have been included, which is very misleading.
What makes this worse is that I didn’t just buy one course — I purchased three (one for myself and two for my colleagues), and all of us had exactly the same experience. That clearly shows this is not a one-off issue but how the system is set up.
I also feel misled by the positive reviews. Based on my experience, they do not reflect the reality of what you actually get after purchase.
Overall, this feels like a bait-and-switch. You pay through Groupon thinking everything is included, only to be asked for more money later. I would not recommend this platform to anyone !

Everything about Nexgen learning is so easy.
I was having difficulty getting my transcript after a course completion. I reached out to them and they helped me out with sorting in out FOC...
I know I shouldn't put this here but because I was really exited with their help.
And they have great courses with fair fees.
Am recommending them.

Decided to enrol on life membership for £99 and paid by PayPal but was charged £103.99 (apparently this was for lifetime membership and a certificate). The payment went through but there was no acknowledgement on the Nextgen website. I had to go into chat to ask what had happened and was initially told they had not received my payment. Then sent a screenshot and it was then confirmed that I had paid. Okay, only a minor issue but it does affect my trust for your organisation if a simple transaction like this cannot be processed quickly and easily.

I found the AI voice supremely irritating, the course content pretty basic and some of the quiz questions ridiculous...not to mention badly worded.
I'm also completely unimpressed at being charged for a PDF certificate having passed the course- what was the "certficate" charge I paid for when I bought the course for, if you're charging me again ( the same price as I paid for the course contents) for a certificate that is basically my details input into a template that you already own? Seems like sharp practice to sell your courses at a special offer price and then charge the same again ( or double for a hard copy) for a certificate, without making it crystal clear at the time of purchase that certification cost more and how much. Who does a course to boost employment chances and doesnt want a certificate at the end ? So its like, dont pay and waste the timecand money already invested, or do pay and basically pay the same cost as the course for a download ? That sucks.Your course is also English centric and some of the info doesn't apply to the Scottish education system, so you might want to include information that covers other areas of the UK ( as I'm sure Ireland and Wales have their own differences) if you're going to call this a UK course.Lastly, your customer service chat is rubbish. You can contact me to ask for a review but you can't contact me to explain your certification charges? Why is that?
