If I could give this company -5 I totally would.
paid for the course & the extra for a certificate and transcript. Did the course and tried numerous times to order my digital copy of my certificate. Error Error Error.
Left two messages, they got back to me ONCE saying sorry we missed you how can we help. I asked for my certificate and transcript. NOTHING. Messaged again and they had apparently already sent it (which they hadn't) but out of the goodness of their hearts, they attached it to the email again. BUT it's not the certificate & transcript (MASSIVE EYE ROLL) it's two copies of the certificate. Thanks Studyhub! NOT.
I completed the course on the 2nd of march.

Excellent support with online chat…
The person who supported me with my query was extremley attentive and answered my questions very quickly. In my experience some of these online chats can take ages but this was quick and supportive.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! I paid for a number of courses with these people, but after a while, and before getting a chance to complete any of the courses, they were taken offline.

Excellent Learning Resource with Clear Guidance
I had a great experience using Study Hub (studyhub.org.uk). The platform is well-organized and easy to navigate, making it simple to find resources for a variety of subjects. I paid for a course including a…
I paid for a course including a certificate on completion. However, as yet I haven't received a response. Let's hope I get some feedback soon. However, I get the distinct feeling that I'm dealing with fraudsters. I have successfully completed many online courses and have never experienced such a convoluted process in terms of completing certificates. However, make no mistake about this, I will sort this incredibly frustrating experience out, believe me.
