i completed my course which was very well put together, when it come time to claim my certificate the order number wound not accept - I wrote in the online chat help box and within 60 seconds Ray Stone had come on to help me. Within in a couple minutes he fixed my issue and emailed me my certificate.

Poor service and lack of effort

My experience with Study Hub started off optimistic. They provided detailed information about their Digital Marketing Job Guarantee Programme, which sounded promising. After completing all the courses and 40+ assignments, however, their effort in securing and delivering on the job guarantee has been extremely poor.
There has been a serious lack of communication and long delays in addressing complaints. For the past seven months, I have repeatedly been told that my query is “with the relevant team,” yet no real solution has been provided.
Furthermore, their job application process is questionable, as it requires students to share passwords. The meetings with so-called job specialists have also been disappointing — the advice given is generic and not tailored to digital marketing at all.
Overall, I feel let down. The customer service is poor, and the programme does not live up to the promises made at the start. I would not recommend Study Hub.

I studied the Project Management – Planning, Executing, Maintaining and Controlling course. Study Hub broke it down so well I was able to understand and pass with high marks first time.
