Next Level Paintball Reviews

Same as some of the others, was under the impression this would make a great present for my 14 year old son and his friends, finally ready to book it and they are now telling me, that each participant will need at least 300 paintballs at an extra phenomenal cost, definitely was not told this when buying ... A TOTAL SCAM, I am a single mum who now cannot afford to send my child and his friends, an absolute waste of money. I have 100% been ripped off, I will be looking at filing a complaint with ACCC. I keep getting emailed saying they tried to call sorry they missed me, but everytime I answer they hang up in my ear.

Pablo and Lenny were very good employees and helped out a lot. Change my life

Great service from sharky at their booth in grand central Toowoomba, offered amazing deals and were so extremely friendly can’t wait to use our tickets!

Amazing, was given a best experience

Awesome, great service from sharkie

Amazing great work good deal

Sharky was very informative and helpful with setting us up for our son’s birthday

Sharky spotted us at Grand Central and reeled us in, definitely convinced us to go paintballing within seconds. Absolute legend of a bloke and good salesman. Very professional as well.

This business has been reported to ACCC and if anyone would be willing to join a class action against this business please let me know.

Angel was amazing and explained everything perfectly

Bought 24 tickets from a promo at a mall. Thought great deal to get it for $10 instead of $40 for ticket. Planned to organise for staff retreat event. Felt i was scammed- with the promo offer of first 100 paintballs to lure you in but am advised it would not be enough for play. thinking the play would work out less than $50 in all. In my only experience to call in, only to advise that you are recommended to get the minimal paintball package for $90+. And there's no way to split between players to bring costs down.

Not sure your experience but I certainly wasn't thinking of paying more than $100+ for a paintball play, especially for a party group up to 24 players.

Emailed several times prior but did not get a "human" responding to genuine enquiry except for a "sorry did not reach you but please call" message. Never got a vmail. They seem to operate from another name under "paintballbookingoffice.com"

Sought for a refund for my tickets but was said i've past 10-day cooling off. Disappointing. Hope you had better luck dealing with them.

Brendan was great and gave us a great deal for our team booking.

Just brought 36 tickets off Sharkie for a good deal. Great bloke, sold me well

Great for kids party, sharky and his were amazing to deal with! Would really recommend!

SCAM, the tickets aren't worth the piece of cardboard they are printed on. You are better off booking direct with your local paintball field!

Good experience at this age we had a lot fun and spend a great family time

Thorough, staff, very friendly, great promos

Sean gave us a great deal and we are looking forward to having a great family experience.
