SCAM ! SCAM ! SCAM !

Delta Paintball & Next Level Paintball are the same thing.

Delta are operating under the guise of Next Level Paintball to sell scam packages to unsuspecting buyers who they approach in shopping malls like Westfield.

Is is shameful misconduct and taking at advantage of people over Christmas.

I bought four as gifts and then on further research realised I’d been scammed. I am entitled to a 10 day cooling off period as per their terms and conditions and as per NSW Fair Trading Unsolicited Consumer Agreements. Under law this ‘business’ is required to provide you with a 10 Business Day Cooling Off Period. But they are refusing and are very evasive.

They are selling ‘packages’ with a supposed discount. When you buy one of these for $119.95 all you are doing is paying for the discount.

If you then give this package as a gift to someone they still need to pay! TOTAL SCAM!!!

When I asked for a refund they directed me to an entirely separate refund page that sits outside their website. After completing it they responded that it was outside 10 days (not business days as required and wouldn’t refund which is illegal).

The paintball centres are actually Delta Paintball and they have set up Next Level as a pure Christmas Sales gimmick and a scam!

Purchased tickets in garden City shopping center. It is very nice exploring all the details through sales person.

Amazing customer service and sales men ship from Sharkie !!

Jamie was great at explaining the experience and we are really looking forward to paintball! They have locations across Australia and also overseas and the prices are also reasonable. Great experience already!

Sharky was great, ha answered all my questions and actually was able to expand on the ones asked. The process for the purchase was easy and looked fantastic.

Sharkie was awesome and made me want to play paintball, I can't wait to take my son to paintballing again.

Excellent presentation, booked for sons birthday, thanks Jamie for your time, patience and great explanation of packages.

Best service ever!
