Elizabeth was excellent and extremely helpful. My wife and I had several questions about our life insurance policy, including whether we could access some of the cash value without taking a loan, how a withdrawal would affect the policy and death benefit, and how the interest works if we chose a policy loan. She took the time to answer each question clearly and made sure we understood our options before making any decisions. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never made us feel rushed. We truly appreciated the level of customer service she provided. Elizabeth represented Nassau exceptionally well, and we would gladly give her a 5-star rating.

I think her name who was Barbara, but more importantly, was remembered by me a wonderful, competent and excellent help to me. She gave me accurate and helpful information I was able to use to monitor my account which had been illegally hacked in Chicago.
