He was very professional and kind handling my request. Lastly, your IT system was clearly efficiently verified me immediately and the transfer to a second agent did not require any time for him to access and verify my account again.

Katie readily had the answers and provided the forms I needed to complete. She explained what sections needed to be completed and submitted.
