I have a hearing disability and I appreciated her patience during our conversation. I called initially because I cannot access my account on line. She helped me set up text verification. She also stayed on the phone to help me fill up request for distribution. At the end of our conversation all I had to do was email back the completed/signed forms. I did not expect this transaction to be completed in a single phone call.

Customer rep answered my questions about our acct. and suggested registration with online payment system. Very convenient.

I was trying for months to establish automatic deposit of proceeds from an annuity following the death of my Dad. Twice, I completed documents and sent them and twice, I received snail mail responses indicating additional work was necessary to complete the process.

This time, I received complete, specific instruction, of what to submit and what NOT to submit. Finally, direct deposits were launched, yet I never received a letter saying direct deposit enrollment was successful.

The rework twice was a bit of an inconvenience for me...but more importantly, a waste of time for your staff. Perhaps call scripts need a review and update? Ask Debbie D to write it up...she knows how to get this completed.
