Mistake in delivery, but response was 5 stars.
I would have given the company 5 stars, but the initial delivery was short of an item. The company did, however, rectify the mistake in double quick time - once I had emailed them. Tried to call, but telephone line was appalling.
The hard floor protectors look good and performing well to-date. They were the best price - ordering directly.
I would use the company again, because they responded immediately to honour the original order.
