Excellent service, keeping check on my usage and reminding me if they think I could be running low on supplies.
Keep you informed every step of the way from receipt of order, request of prescription, receipt of prescription, to despatch and then notification of two hour slot for delivery.
Always able to check stock of preferred items and able to suggest alternatives if items are out of stock.
Highly recommended.

I have had to use Nightingale since…
I have had to use Nightingale since late July this year after suffering a severe urine infection. Since then I have needed leg and night bags and recently a new catheter that is to be fitted shortly. The whole experience of using these items was new to me but the staff at Nightingale have been wonderful.
They provide help when reordering and answer any questions on numbers required , additional things like straps which has been a great help.
Once ordered delivery is quick and you are kept updated on the proposed time of arrival etc.
In my view I do not think I would have survived when I came out of Southmead hospital with a catheyer fitted and a few leg bags without the wonderful team at Nightingales. I now contact them if I have any doubts of my next order, etc.
