I've just had a call back from Chris at coloplast and my samples were sent out the same day and i received them the very next day. Chris has also arranged a call back for next week to see how I'm getting on with my samples and if it's helped with my chronic constipation. If it does help then Chris will contact my GP to get them put on prescription for me which is fantastic. I only had to answer a few questions regarding my medical conditions and why i need the product. Chris was very polite and understood my situation well.
I really hope it works well for me so i can get everything put on a regular prescription.

I cannot praise this company enough. The quality of their customer service is second to none - representatives are kind, respectful and cannot do enough to help. They have links with GP surgeries which means that you don't have to bother about ordering prescriptions etc, all is done seamlessly. Communication regarding orders is excellent. In a difficult few days for me Coloplast were incredible!

Excellent customer service! My orders are always processed very quickly.

I was having frequent bladder infections due to an enlarged prostrate so was fitted with a catheter, drain valve and bag. This severely disrupted my active lifestyle, boating, diving, walking etc. (One massive bonus, is with a night bag I had the longest sleep of my life, 10 hrs without waking).
Having had a dive meet abroad planned for over a year I was in fear of having to cancel. The doctor recommended Intermittent self catheterisation (ISC). They teach you how to insert a catheter only when needed. Makes your toes curl when fitting until you get used to it, but life back to normal. Boating, diving, swimming, walking, etc.
Colorplast have been amazing. Thanks to their product I have my lifestyle back. I simply keep a log of consumption and when getting low put in a repeat prescription request to my doctor, then make an order online to Coloplast, Colorplast confirm the order and inform you when it is on the way by e-mail.
Usually if ordered early the delivery is next day, the longest I have had to wait is three days with weekend and bank holidays getting in the way.
If your lifestyle requires you to be away from home its no problem they will change the delivery address in the UK. If you are flying they will give you a Travel certificate and the airline (with prior notice) give you extra carry on luggage allowance for medical equipment. Although 4 boxes of catheters for a month away has to go in the aeroplane hold because of its size.
I will advice having a man bag, bum bag or similar to keep a days worth of catheters in along with sterile wipes, hand gel and a small pen light. (Its had poking winky in the eye when its dark) for when you are out and about.
I can't express my gratitude to Colorplast and the advising doctor enough for giving me my lifestyle back.

Very prompt delivery when I needed it when I first got back from hospital. And when there was a hiccup setting up my online account, I sent an email requesting assistance which was very quickly dealt with by Teghan. So well impressed!

I have been a customer of Coloplast Charter and I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis. I was referred to this company and have been using their Peristeen products for over a year.

I spoke today with Hazel from this company today to reorder stock and I have to say that Hazel and all the customer consultants are so polite, professional and helpful.

Being a sensitive subject they are trained to speak on a one to one basis with their users. The Peristeen kit has made my life so much more stress free. It works so well and the items in the kit make it very straight forward and easy to use.

They send in a nurse to explain how the kit works which is excellent and if I have any issues to discuss I can call the team who are on hand to guide me with the proper advice.

I cannot thank my MS nurse more for directing me to this company.

From order to delivery, Coloplast Charter give excellent and friendly service. Orders are filled and dispatched very quickly, and the process makes what can be a stressful operation very easy and stress free. The online chat service is very helpful in dealing with individual queries.

What I love about Coloplast is that if you have any issues they go above and beyond what you need. I have been using Coloplast for stoma supplies for the past 18 months. The ordering and delivery service was incredibly smooth and efficient. I received regular emails to remind me that my order was due and was then able to easily repeat the order or adjust, if necessary. The order was always delivered within a maximum of 2 days (our local DPD driver delivered to our safe place if we were out), was discreet and well packaged. My stoma nurse ordered pre cut stoma bags which, again, were great quality and delivered promptly. I would highly recommend their service.
