Great CC communication skills and always there to help.

I have been using Coloplast for stoma supplies for the past 18 months. The ordering and delivery service was incredibly smooth and efficient. I received regular emails to remind me that my order was due and was then able to easily repeat the order or adjust, if necessary. The order was always delivered within a maximum of 2 days (our local DPD driver delivered to our safe place if we were out), was discreet and well packaged. My stoma nurse ordered pre cut stoma bags which, again, were great quality and delivered promptly. I would highly recommend their service.

The support I got from the team was above and beyond. I was struggling with my condition and mental health and they didnt just send my order and move on. They spoke to me about my wellbeing which helped me massively and I am forever grateful. And this was continuous support for over 12 months. From August 25- September 26

after leaving fittleworth and coming to coloplast everything is so much easier! i either ring to place an order use the online ordering or today for the first time i used the chat with samantha she was super helpful and made it easy to order and made sure it was all right , its always easy straight forward and always comes as i asked ! cant ask for any more

GOD bless Coloplast Charter. They have provided me with all necessary items to help manage my urine problems.
Timely such that I feel they are looking over my shoulder!
They set a very high standard of personal service.

The urine-night bags are the answer for my prayer! They ensure real rest & I simply couldn't continue without them.
By morning they contain about half a litre which can be easily disposed of subsequent to detachment.
Fresh supplies have arrived in good time, without any worries.
The day bags, with leg attachment deserve similar praise.

on the odd occasion ive had to contact customer services I found them to be very helpful, friendly and caring and quick to resolve any issues. A big shout out to Teghan who helped me today.

I was delighted with the response I recently received after making a phone call to Customer Care.
They listened carefully, went off to come up with a solution, and within minutes it was all sorted. The adapters I needed were delivered within 24 hours. Many thanks!

I can’t tell you what a relief it is to have Coloplast charter! I was 87 when I got my colostomy, and an ileostomy the next year. It has been a difficult adjustment to make, and this company have been unfailingly helpful and patient on the phone, and deliveries have been prompt and reliable. They have been a truly. wonderful support to me, and I am very grateful for it.

All the staff I have spoken to have been professional, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. As a person new to having a colostomy I have really appreciated the kindness and support I've received, nothing is too much trouble. Additionally, their deliveries are very quick and efficient, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

If I ever have a problem, I just use the chat line and very quickly I am "chatting" online to a real person. I tell them the problem I am having and they sort it out, no fuss. They are always friendly and efficient. My father has had his supplies from Charter Coloplast for 6 years now and they have always been so helpful. We have never had a problem at all that they couldn't resolve. They help you to do the order or when you're having a bad tech day, they order it on your behalf. They keep you informed of the delivery which is always quick and reliable. It helps a lot to know you can reply on a decent company to supply the products you need with the minimum amount of fuss.

Cannot fault the service I receive from the Coloplast team. They have always been spot on since I needed their services (all set up by a marvellous District Nurse).

The quality of service and support is absolutely amazing.

Charter always provide an excellent service. My Dr often is late putting in the prescription to them but they immediately email when it's received and dispatch follows very swiftly. The live chat is very helpful, spoke with Samantha today who was very sympathetic and helpful.
