Took two months to arrive, poor communication, poor product when it arrived. Avoid!

Do not order
1. Long delivery times
2. Very unclear on items included in bundles.

Not based in the UK overseas and complete rip off

Good communication and the device purchased has done wonders for my partners aches and pains - he keepz commenting on how much better he feels which is amazing!!

The products ordered claimed to be medical grade, which they clearly were not. The site implied the goods came from the UK - the packaging was all in Chinese and the package was posted in the US.
The items, which are certainly not as advertised, cost me £63.77 for some plastic bags and 3 velcro strips and took over 6 weeks to arrive. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards as this is false representation.

Would be nice if alternative delivery times scales are available.

I ordered some medication which i needed over a week ago and only had a confirmation email to say its being processed the day after I ordered it but nothing at all since then .I clicked on the link and it said it was an unsafe site and i also emailed them but no reply .

Considering I was ordering to the uk, the delivery was quick and and product is great - thank you!

I am delighted to find a company like Ninelife who can supply products in which I am interested at a competitive price and reasonably quickly!
I will not hesitate to recommend them and the excellent service that they provide, and will be using them again in the future.

Totally flavourless, was looking for something like this as my daughter would bot take prescribed iron medicine because of its taste.
This came on time, great service.

These socks are amazing. Delivery was swift & packaging great. It would be lovely to have alternative colours although this is a big second to being able to buy socks to designed to help diabetics. Thank you

Communication re delivery was good and my goods arrived well packaged.

Not at all happy with this company. I ordered and paid for a jar of Gentleman's Relish. They came back confirming that they could no longer supply it. The alternative they sent me was a cheap, low quality French alternative.
What is particularly irritating is that they continue to advertise Gentleman's Relish despite knowing it is no longer avaiable. Sharp practice.

11th June repayment finally received but I think this was only because I updated the review title to :- ' Is this a scam company? on 8th June' Initially my updated review was queried and I was asked for more details. When those details were supplied I received an apology for the late repayment and a promise to sort it out which has now been done.
Perhaps my experience was a one off but I won't use this company again.
The promised refund for goods not supplied has not been paid. (update 8th June)
On 29th May I requested a refund and have an email promising repayment in 3 to 5 working days. I have not received that refund. This company has a reasonable Trust Pilot rating. Is that rating reliable? My experience to date says no.
Update 27th May order still not arrived despite email on 13th May promising latest despatch date of 23rd May. I have not had any emails from this supplier since 13th May to let me know what is happening.
I placed and paid for an order on Ninelife.uk 2 weeks ago. Apart from an automated order acknowledgement I have heard nothing since. Latest expected delivery was yesterday. I ordered with this web site after checking them on trust pilot was not expecting not to receive a follow up email confirming a delivery date

The fact that you had patum peperium in stock when all other supliers had run out. It arrived in the UK within a couple of weeks of ordering.

Simple order process and delivery even if it had to come from the US

Specialist product with limited availability found here with NineLife. Easy ordering and good communication. Delivery via US expedited accurately at modest extra cost.

Clear delivery time frame given even before order is placed.
Good communication with receipt of order and order processing.
Tracking link provided which helped track exact location of product at each stage.
Only slight negative was that packaging was ripped slightly but that may have been due to customs inspection than company itself.
