They got my account locked

Through your activities on my Instagram account, you got my account locked. I am extremely disappointed in this service. Also, from the get-go, my "account manager" stopped replying to my emails. This service sucked all the way around.

Not enough, but trustworthy

Real followers, nothing to say about it. But the numbers are very bad, hundreds of following by day and very few in return.

Tried to contact the customer service (who answered quite fast) but didn't give me any new solution to grow my account better.

Not satisfied, but there's no scam and we get real followers so it could be worse.

All in all pretty good

All in all pretty good. Does what it says. Gets you authentic followers and helps your online business grow; if that’s what you’re after. Can be a tad slow on the odd day, but updates are frequent and the support team seem on the ball, so I imagine the service will get even better. Time will tell, though so far so good!

Don’t sign up.

I do not recommend this service. It started off ok, I was able to have a couple meetings with their staff to optimize my engagement but ultimately I wasn’t getting qualified followers. I didn’t want my Instagram account to be full of fake or unqualified accounts so I quit. Then Instagram kept telling me my account was compromised and I needed to change my password so I regretted ever doing it in the first place. I saw that my account was logged in in Serbia or somewhere else so it’s all being outsourced.

Total miss on target demographic

I used this service and cancelled within a week. My intention was to grow followers for a wholesome baby blanket business and the interactions I was getting were seemingly fake accounts or accounts all with half naked girls or guys and their muscle cars, largely from Eastern European countries. It was a total miss though I provided like accounts / competitor as well as hashtags.

Customer Service was surprisingly great

I usually only write Review, if someting s gone really bad. But in this case i wanna make a Review because the customer Service was great to find an individual Solution for me. Didnt expect that, after i read some reviews here. Thanks for this good experience.

Not Worth It,

Wouldn't recommend as I feel there are better more accurate sites that can target more ideal clients. In the 2 months I'd been with them on the speed plan I gained approx. 250ish followers, which was far less than what I had expected upon signing up. I did receive great customer serivce when I reached out to the team, but it was always a constant " something happened in our server"
Overall, I cancelled my subscription as I felt I was growing my own following quicker than nitreo was.

This company is a true fake and I sue…

This company is a true fake and I sue them now at Court as they are illegally running a software on my Instagram account although I am not their customer anymore and this software is still deleting my own followers! I of course ran all security settings on my account but this company is too stupid or simply fully criminal in order to set an end to their software. They are breaching every aspect of GDPR and are true criminals. Police & Instagram are actively investigating towards Nitreo for fraud.

We have again and again provided you with information and confirmed that we no longer have any of your data in our servers or have access to your account ever since you requested that those were deleted on November 19th, 2020.

You have continuously spammed our support with several extremely rude insults, and baseless legal threats. Additonally, you have confirmed yourself that you have changed your password and requested that every device was logged out, meaning that we would have no way to log in to your Instagram account and perform the actions you claim.

As previously stated many times, no one can remove followers for you, people can simply decide to unfollow you at any stage. We recommend that you inform yourself on how Instagram and logins in general work.

Once again, if you have any documentation that shows a login from Nitreo after November 19th (which you claim to have but never provided after many requests) to your account, we will gladly review it and act accordingly.

Hardly grows your followers even with the speed plan

Service does not actually do much for growing your followers. They have great marketing (really good website marketing) but they don't deliver. Everything sounds good on paper but I have been very disappointed after 3 months in. Signed an annual contract too and no shot of getting a refund. Support also takes days to get back to you and they just give you the run around answer which i'm pretty sure is a template they use.

You also have been reviewing several growth services at the same time, meaning that if you did, in fact, use all of the services in this short period of time, surely your account's trust score would be low and an easy target for Instagram. It seems you have used Growthoid, Nitreo & other 3 companies in a very short time span, so in no way, Nitreo is responsible for your account being banned.

Another Insta Growth Scam

Tried it, was very patient over 6 weeks and other than seeing the people I follow increase I had less than 100 new followers. First they blamed it on my account, then on instagram changing their algorithm, then they stopped responding to my follow ups, and finally today replied to my email and agreed to refund me. When I requested that they remove all the people they followed on my behalf, their answer was: As we have an instability affecting the accounts, it's not possible to set the automation to automatically do this." So now I have to remove over 400 people from my list of following really annoying. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Really great experience

I can see there haven't been some great reviews on here about Nitreo but I have had a great experience. There have been some hick-ups but Nitreo's customer service has been amazing. They took a little time to get back at times but when they did they sorted everything out for me. There was an issue with my account and so it was not working for a while, they looked into it and got things running and also gave me a full refund when they realised I had been charged for time when it wasn't working. To be honest I didn't expect them to do it as I haven't had great experience with growth services in the past but they really went above and beyond and proved to me that they really are trying to be a good service.

We didnt get by any means a massive following in a short time but when we paid for speed we got a really good steady growth of followers in a short enough time and a growth that I was more than happy with. Of course if you can do it yourself go ahead but if you dont have time and want to take the guess work and thinking out of it then choose Nitreo.

In terms of the follow unfollow, the growth was steady and good and I know some reviews say they can do that themselves but this service takes the thinking out of it, it also helps avoid following too many or unfollowing to many and your account getting banned. As long as your account hasn't been flagged previously for misuse before using Nitreo I feel there should be no issue using their service. Honestly it takes the hassle out of following and unfollowing strategy and works away in the background. If you are happy with this strategy I really feel Nitro is one of the best out there on the market at the minute (I have tried many). I really wish you well Nitreo and hope you continue with your great customer service because this is where you could really excel above the others. Instagram block, suspect activities, no support

Looks like scammers. Purchased the product on 27 Oct, but for the whole week, there were no activities. After some activities made, my account got blocked and Instagram made me change the password many times, also I got emails for suspect activities. After the request of a refund, the customer service doesn't reply anymore.

I was advised not to like or follow anyone, while they didn’t either.

‘Warm up’ process started on 3rd Nov. Account ‘Pretty much done warming up’ on 6th November. And account ‘Active!’ On 9th November.

We are a start up nutritional company who values every HOUR of social media work, so when Nitreo told us to stop liking and following so they could do it, we took a huge risk in doing so.

For the last 4 days, you have literally followed about 50 accounts. I have gained no followers, no likes, no additional engagement, but most importantly I have wasted the last 7 days not being able to do anything and properly interact with my following because you assured me I shouldn’t due to the risk of ‘over activity’. I am now losing followers, you aren’t responding to my emails, and I have asked for a refund 5 times.

I’m curious, ‘Andy’, will you be paying me for 7 days of wasted time alongside the premium package refund? Or do you get the fall of my online engagement as a trophy of some sort for being completely incompetent?
