My wallet fell to pieces after 3 months and despite contacting them twice (via their website) to claim their 'lifetime' warranty and get a replacement they have not responded.

Don’t buy - the wallet quality is less than a street market and they aren’t even RFD proof. The folding wallet is such junk and is worse than a cheap beach bought wallet. They rely on on a fancy website to make them look legit but Chinese knock off rubbish.

The wallet and key chain showed up and there junk!!!!! I am still trying to return them but they only responded once and didn’t answer my question and I filed a claim through the BBB and still waiting fir my damn money back. DO NOT BUY THESE CHEAP PRODUCTS and don’t trust this rip off store.

Bad quality and inflation price.

The wallet wasn't like on the website. In fact it looks very bad quality. I have requested the refund so many times and receive no response. Not even for exchange.

Absolutely do NOT buy!

I ordered a wallet which arrived as a low-quality, knockoff of a bigger brand. I have tried to return it countless times and have been met with 0 response. Now I'm £30 down with absolutely no way of returning this terrible product.

I wish i would have read these reviews before buying... I did not....
The site looks professional and i bought and received the wallet. I think it's a decent wallet, but i just don't like how it works, so i want to return it.
But that's just not possible. This is where the problem lies; they just don't respond and there is no way to return the product and get your money back.

I'm all about second chances, so i hope they read this and decide they're a decent company after all...

I have reached out to them so many times and not once did they return my messages. I wanted to return the wallet soon as i got it in the mail . Looks and feels cheap and not worth the money. They do not respond when returning the item and they said 100% money back but they bull$;/? You and dont reapond back. All i wanted is my money back and didnt want to leave a reveiw but its absolutely bull they cant do what they say they will do. Dont waste your money on there stuff. Tired of people like this, scamming people and not being honest. All they had to do was give me back my money and take there crappy wallet back. Instead they take you hard working money and lie.

Their product advertising is misleading as you could easily think that you are buying a product with AirTag whereas all you get is either a wallet or a key ring that you can put an Airtag in. Very misleading

They don't reply to messages sent by 'Contact Us' . I have written them three times and have yet to hear back from them. I am very frustrated and will pursue this legally.

I ordered several products thinking if I did not like I could exchange or return. Well no way, no answer, no customer service.
I would not buy products from this company and they do not follow customer service promises to support purchases. They cannot be reached and the website on supports new orders not problems or help.

Advised my credit card company to cancel the transaction as they've basically made it impossible to make a return.

I bought a wallet for my husband on Christmas and spent extra for the "Premium Leather" version. Only this was not leather at all and only a few months later the wallet started to fall apart so I decided to inquire about their "Lifetime Warranty" and no one answers ever. So on their ad on Facebook I commented that I am not able to reach anyone after my wallet fell apart after only a few months and still got no response but I am also not allowed to comment anymore on their posts. Super shady business practices and not only that, but I also found upon more research that they have a duplicate site called Nimalist that is EXACTLY the same and selling the same products but had to rename the brand due to all the bad reviews. There are whole articles written about both of these companies warning everyone to stay away. All over social media they have a never-ending 50% off sale to intice customers. Avoid like the plague!

I have ordered and received an Air-Tag wallet in December 22, after a couple of months of usage, the trigger for pushing the cards out simply fell out and was broken in 2 places... The wallet is completely useless and impossible to work with... Contacted Mormest by filling the contact form, since no telephone numbers available. No response; wrote an email still no response. Asked what I need to do, again no response... Their warranty online states lifetime warranty for their products... That seems to be a false statement... since they won't even write back... Spent over 80 Euros and wasted my money and time... Shame on the company that does not even bother to respond to inquiries...
