I got screwed. Really bad company. Wallet fell apart and they don't return requests for contact and you can't call them. Bad people.

I purchased a wallet approximately 1 months ago and wished to return it due to not fitting my needs. The quality of their leather is excellent though. Their website states that within 45 days, a full refund would be issued upon reception of the product. However, you cannot find the return label anywhere and despite contacting this company numerous times, they do not respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Wish I could give them no stars! Bought an airtag wallet and the "bracket' that holds the airtag broke within a week. I have tried to file a warranty as well as contact Customer service but can only send an email and never get a response! Of course I get tons of advertising emails daily but I haven't blocked them out of fear that they may actually respond. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Echo the views of 99% posted, wish I had came across these reviews earlier! Flashy website with absolute crap products. Cheap looking, poor quality and not fit for purpose. Like others, I have requested return details and nothing, no response or reply.

Do NOT buy from this company. I currently have a dispute through Affirm payments because Normest won't respond when I requested their return address so I can ship their wallet back. Total crook company with fake reviews.

Made a purchase and I don’t like the product I’ve emailed several times to return with no reply and no way to return product or contact customer service.

Definitely not the product that is advertised on their site. Misleading visuals. Poor quality product received. Not worth the purchased price. No responses to their Contact Us platform regarding Return Request.

They are a complete joke of a company! product is absolute garbage and the customer service is an even bigger joke. They don't respond at all. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR CRAPY PRODUCT.

This is the same company as Nimalist. It is a scam company with no after product support, cheap Alibaba style products and inflated prices. I would avoid under every circumstance.

Firstly, their Aluminium Wallet product is a piece of crap! It's hard to take cards out of it, quite cumbersome. Secondly, it appears differently in color on their website compared to the actual product I received. Thirdly, their customer service is absolutely non-existent I believe, because I've been trying to contact them via email since past 3 weeks with no success. So, no way to return the product whatsoever! Very frustrating!!

Cheap products. absolutly no qualitly. When you try to contact about a return they will not respond.

got the wallet in a week, which is good. Unfortunately, I'll probably send back as I didn't realize the back of the wallet is not solid leather but has a nerdy plastic window like an id badge. I guess in the photo I thought the Goldman Sachs card was outside the wallet not inside a sleeve. Why would you want a transparent sleeve to show off a credit card?

The phone numbers they give are bogus. The address is suspect. They don’t respond to returns, I have submitted 5 and no response. Currently in dispute with American Express.

This is a scam website apparently run by Chinese who are using an LA warehouse to import their cheap goods. There is no customer support and no way to get in touch with them unless you drive to their city of industry office which is actually an empty office manned by one person.
Recently I have noticed that there are other websites that are attempting to change their name slightly to entice people to buy this same junk. Normest. Com, Nimalist.com, Robustgoods.com and now Monetial.com Do not be fooled! All of these sites are offshoots from the same one selling the same bad product and bad customer service!

SCAM or at very least a Very Suckass company…Only wish there was Less than 1 star.

Their tracking says package arrived in my small town on 6-1-23 it’s been 7 days and no tracking updates.So I sent inquiries to customer service their response both times were exactly the same’auto reply’
4-7 business days to be delivered.that’s between 1 and 2 weeks on top of the week it supposedly arrived in my town.3 weeks to be delivered from supposedly local carrier to my house

I ordered a AirTag wallet been several weeks I have been scammed like someone is doing this from their house

Its a scam. They answer at all. My wallet broke after 4 weeks, no respons now for over 2 months. Just scam company!

Ordered one of their wallets. Never received it and when I called the phone number of my billing statement, I got the VA Administration

This company is a scam - the products break, the quality of the leather is declining, AND there is no reaction from customer service at any point in time, via any channel. It is a money-making machine for them, DO NOT BUY
