They are a scam. Do not order from this company. I ordered Eva jacket and they refuse to give me correct address, or ANY information on how to return it. After 4 emails they gave me an INCORRECT address to UK. Took to UPS and USPO and neither could verify address. The item shipped to me from Houston. There is no physical address in Houston. UPS told me I’m looking at over $400 to ship, IF they even get correct address. They wanted me to keep the $200 jacket and they would refund me $70????? Wtf

They are a scam. never received the merchandise, I demanded a refund they said they would completely refund me, but they sent me a completely incorrect receipt with a random bank account on it it wasn’t even the bank account I paid with. I never received the refund, and I can’t get a response from them. Stay away from this company

Ordered jacket end of June, they strung me along for two months, said it was taking long because of their concern for quality, would not let me cancel order, finally jacket arrived, all zippers work fine except the one to zip it up! It is very hard to zip and gets stuck in the middle. Website advertises "Easy Returns" but they told me the jacket was fine when they sent it, will no longer respond. They claim to have 24/7 support, but you will wait forever in their chat, then they ask for your phone number but will never call. If you email them and ask for their phone number or anything else, they do not answer your questions and just ignore them. The best they ever do is respond to an email a day after you send yours. That's the 24/7 support. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. My credit card company is handling it. It is in dispute, but if for some strange reason they decide to charge me for the jacket, I will go through the state attorney general and exhaust all other legal avenues to make this company responsible. It's known as a ripoff. When dealing with them they have multiple company names too, very confusing.

I bought the Sam porter death stranding jacket on 3/24 did not ship until 5/18. This company will give you the run around about delays due to rush orders but the jackets are not even made by them they are made by J4 jackets in Pakistan. once I received the jacket and looked at it its quality is that of a simple rain poncho.
not worth the cost you would be better to find a local to custom maker to spend extra with avoid at all cost.

I was disappointed when the jacket I ordered took a long time to anrrive and missed my daughter’s sweet 16 party, and so I canceled the order. This company refunded my money right away. So, you can imagine my surprise when FedEx appeared in the driveway and dropped off a strange box. I could not figure out what it might be until I opened it. My daughter was with me and the moment she saw it she was screaming with excitement and putting it on and twirling around. She loves it so much. I immediately contacted the company and asked to be billed again because they deserve to be paid for their work. I am grateful they sent it anyway. Even if it missed her birthday, my daughter still has it and loves it. ❤️

Do not buy from this company. The jacket took 6 weeks to arrive and is terrible quality. The zipper does not work and the jacket smells like smoke. I asked for a return address and a refund and am getting the run around. In addition to paying $20 for shipping, I just received a bill in the mail for $30 from Federal Express for tariffs. A huge waste of money.

Ordered a Le Mans jacket/pants on 12-12-25...nothing yet. Sent at least 4 emails looking for a tracking number or a date to be shipped...nothing.

I ordered a leather jacket - replica of a vintage model that is no longer available. It took longer than I expected to get it but I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It's high quality leather, beautifully crafted and genuinely exceeded my expectations.

It took some patience in the world of instant gratification but I'm pleased I waited.

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered a Detroit Lions varsity jacket from them. After not hearing frmo them for a few weeks and seeing reviews, I sent an email cancelling the order. Of course, they sent the jacket a few days later and it is a piece of crap.

Cheaply made. The lion looks like a dragon (or something). Now that I want to return it, they are incommunicado. No response.

Very shadey company. Do not do business with them.

I did ordered a jacket XS on 1th December 2025, and I did received XL and since then there is 22 emails between me and customers service unit now 6 of Jan 2026 and every time some one reply to apologise and promising me that they will send the right size even do they charge extra fee for fast delivery but still the orders take weeks to arrive. I am very disappointed of the services not recommended at all.

I ordered a hoodie on December 18 once they took my money they say we received your order and that after that nothing else they are crooks do not buy from them. I’ve sent them several emails. No response. Do not buy from them. Do not buy

The jacket was of excellent quality and it looks great! Took a month to get to me but the wait was worth it for what I got.

the trench jacket was awesome and very Accurate to the music video and it is Comfortable to wear

The whole experience was great! I ordered the Kylie Minogue Timebomb jacket for the incoming Tension tour, and at first the size was too small for my liking. I communicated with the Sales Executive to get a new jacket that's more fitting. They took my measurements, explained the whole process, and double checked the measurements with me for accuracy and final delivery. When I received the new jacket, it came out perfect. I don't need to worry about getting another jacket anymore. The jacket itself is SO high quality. It smells and feels like leather, such a beautiful piece. Thanks for your help!
