Northwesttradecentre Reviews

The sales process was fine but the aftercare was disappointing. The car was supplied with no AdBlue and so fault lights came on the day after purchase. There was also a fault with the front linkage and brakes that we raised with them but no response, so we had to pay for that to get sorted and other advisories sorted. We asked for this to be refunded but got no response until we chased, and then they refused to pay for this, despite it being clear they were there at the point of sale.

We were also asked to leave a 5 star review as the sales person would get £5 for every review.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend

I strongly advise potential customers to think very carefully before purchasing a vehicle from this company.

The vehicle I purchased broke down on the very same day I took possession of it. This was completely unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption. As a result of the vehicle's condition, I had to return it.

Despite returning the vehicle, I am still struggling to recover my deposit. I have made repeated attempts to contact the company by telephone and email, but the level of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Responses are either delayed, unclear, or not provided at all, and I have been left having to repeatedly chase the matter myself.

When purchasing a vehicle, customers should be able to expect a reliable vehicle and professional after-sales support. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.

The way this matter has been handled has seriously damaged my confidence in the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them.

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both the quality of the vehicles being sold and, most importantly, the way customers are treated when problems arise.

Excellent service, very friendly staff.
Gave me great advice when buying my first car. Was dealing with a lovely chap called Iain.

Good customer service

We dealt with Wayne Mathias who was exceptional. He went above and beyond to sort a few problems with my first car, and was just the same with our second car. I would highly recommend him to deal with and regard him as a friend rather than a salesman.

Joined to collect my husband car at preston office. Staff called Wayne was brilliant and great. Scoring him 10 out 10

Very good service.

I am very happy with my experience with north west trade centre. Honourable mention is Haider. The young lad gave excellent customer service. He really does know what he is talking about. Smooth process overall.

We had such a good experience dealing with Junaid from start to finish. He was clear, direct and honest throughout the whole process and guided us through everything so smoothly. He made what could have been quite a stressful process feel really easy and straightforward for us.

What really stood out was his friendly and family-orientated approach. We never felt pressured or like we were just another customer coming in to buy a car. He took the time to explain everything properly, answer all of our questions and make sure we were comfortable with everything before moving forward.

You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does, which made such a difference to our experience.

If you’re coming here to buy a car, I would 100% recommend asking for Junaid. Honestly, you won’t regret it! Thank you for making the whole process so easy for us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Junaid was excellent, very welcoming and provided fantastic service. I would recommend using North West Trade Centre for used car purchases.
