There were also so many special touches provided, including a handwritten card and beautiful wrapping options, with the recipient specifically commenting on the high quality of the gifts and presentation. Fantastic service, I have previously ordered 3 sets of get well boxes for kids and they all loved them. Its different and unique. Recently I had to return a box due to a child's health and the refund process was super seamless and they were very helpful! Thanks again, I will be back for more orders no doubt!

I ordered a hamper for my daughter at uni. It was so nice to be able to choose what to put in the hamper as she is so particular, amd they have so many nice things to chose from.
The package went out almost immediately and it really cheered her up.

This was my first time using Not Another Bunch of Flowers, and although there was a small delivery issue (which wasn’t their fault), their response was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond what was expected, kept me updated at every stage, and handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. I ordered a giftbox for the first time from this lovely business for a friends daughter struggling with a new baby. From finding the site online and choosing a gift box, to the gift box arriving timely and safely, it was very straightforward. Having sent a thank you email to the site, I unexpectedly received a personal reply from Leisha at the business, which was quite amazing and so personal. Brilliant company, would highly recommend. You can always find something suitable for any occasion, happy or sad. Lovely to send something to someone with a personal touch. Delivery was quick. There were quite a few items available for lots of different tastes and the options between ready-made or custom made boxes were incredibly satisfying. I gifted it to a friend who had gone through a bad time recently and she was quite happy with the entire package. I would recommend and I can see myself buying from them again.

We use Not Another Bunch of Flowers for our corporate boxes and couldn’t recommend them enough. Anikka and the team are so helpful, even down to printing customised boxes with our logo on them. I have used this several times, twice for bereavement packages. All of which go down so well with the recipient. I also received one last year when I fractured my arm and it was lovely to receive it.
I like the fact that there is so much to choose from for every taste.

I ordered the 'Her Calming Care Package Gift Box' and was really happy with it. The packaging was lovely and everything inside felt thoughtfully put together and good quality. It made a great gift and was very well received.

Customer service was also excellent — quick to respond and very helpful throughout the process. I’d definitely order from them again.
