My friend from Sri Lanka ordered a gift to arrive on my "birthday". Two days passed and still waiting...
What is the point if a gift meant for a special occasion does not arrive on time?
Waste of money and time. Not even sure they will offer a refund.

Lovely to send something a bit different and be able to create own bespoke gifts so can tailor to recipient, and also can pick a premade box with suggested items. Nice touch to be able to include a note as well. Have bought boxes a few times and service is so easy to use. Great for when you want to send something personalised to someone who doesn't like nearby.

I was introduced to Don't Buy Her Flowers by a lovely friend called Michelle H. That was in the summer of 2025. I loved the offerings from DBHF and since then I have bought gift boxes for friends and family 7 times now. I loved that you can create a bespoke gift box for your recipient, tied to the occasion or event in their lives at that time. Some happy, some sad. All of the recipients absolutely loved their gifts and regularly use the items. I have just had a lovely message from a friend telling me again how much they appreciate their gift box, and that the items sent have been keeping them going through a tough time. You can't beat that. This company is fantastic and how it became about is also really inspiring.

Really impressed with Don’t Buy Her Flowers, so many great products to put into your gift box. Everything arrived beautifully packaged and right on time. Love that a personalised handwritten tag is included. It’s clear a lot of care goes into both the products and the customer experience. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic company, great products that are put together thoughtfully. The company seems to really value its customers and mission which is lovely. I have been lucky enough to receive a couple of packages from them as well as having gifted them to others and I would absolutely recommend!

DBHF always deliver: they have fantastic products, the packaging is gorgeous and they really care about gifting.

I received a beautiful gift from my daughter for Mother's Day. The package came beautifully boxed with green tissue paper and a lovely bow along with a hand written note. The package contained a book by my favourite author, a box of demerara shortbread rounds, a tin of 6 O'clock gin and tonic, a packet of Naturally Delicious sea salt and vinegar crisps and a packet of Montezuma's extraordinary dark chocolate buttons. A beautiful and thoughtful gift. Thank you! I will definitely use this company going forward for friends and family.

Disappointed with the book missing from the ' 'book gift package''!
And although i supplied my phone number , I was not contacted to see if I had missed an item off...in my opinion poor service, and it took 2days and several messages to get a reply

I used this company the other day. Site is easy to use. I was impressed with the "make your own basket" section. My friend was absolutely delighted with hers. I would definitely use again. I didn't give 5 stars as I didn't see what the presentation was like but my friend said it was nice.

You’re literally paying a fee for them to use loads of extra packaging. I received one containing a magazine, chocolate bar and pack of biscuits in a box the size of a shoebox, just with loads of packaging, and was furious about it. It’s common knowledge that even most recyclable material doesn’t get recycled and it’s far more eco to not produce it in the first place.

Great selection of products, timely delivery as promised and everything was packaged beautifully. The message I requested was even handwritten, which I thought was a lovely touch.

I've used this service about 10 times and it always gets rave reviews from the receiver. You can tailor the present to the exact needs of the recipient and it's not the same run of the mill boring and thoughtless items that people are expecting.

It really does make you look like a better person than you might actually be!
