Not had a chance to read through all the small print, but found it really easy to do business with Nova. The person whom we spoke with was Fraser Rankin, he was very polite and made everything run smoothly.

I called up late in the day on Monday and Sarah Banks was incredibly helpful — she immediately had access to the policy I'd submitted information regarding, and she was able to quickly progress everything for me. Thank you for the assistance and the smooth experience!

I needed unoccupied house insurance and Jordan Smith replied to my online enquiry within minutes, quoted me reasonable quotes and was extremely clear about the details of the policy. Obviously it is early days but so far Nova seem to offer competitive policies and have great customer service.

He went through all the questions over the phone and gave me options which he emailed so i could take my time looking through them before making a decision. Thank you for your help.

Needed unoccupied property insurance. Went through website and Jordan Smith rang after quotes delivered. I hadn't had time to review all but he said no problem I'll call back in 20mins to give you a chance to review the quotes. 20 mins later he rang back. Service really efficient and very competitive prices. All covered and docs now received. Excellent service

Turns out there are very few insurers that insure unoccupied properties so we were very pleased to get a very satisfactory quote from Nova. Jordan Smith, who provided the quote and arranged the insurance, was very patient and the "paperwork" was provided very promptly. Would recommend.
