Zero customer service with bots, they cannot help or even discuss or search the technical issues.

Horrible experience. I needed an eSIM card. I already have a phone number with them, but they told me that if I don’t buy a plan and go through the “SIMVulio” process, they won’t give me an eSIM card!

I went to another company and they gave me an eSIM in 5 minutes — no extra subscription required!

Who are these people?!
And the fact that I already had a number with them and just needed to transfer it… Unbelievable.

Worst company in greece for internet services perma lagging on 100 mbps service customer service is TRASH noones cares u dont have the internet u pay for AVOID THIS COMPANY

I've been waiting over two weeks for them to fix the internet, and the issue still isn't resolved. The technical team has been disorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional throughout the process. While the customer service agents on the 13700 line are polite, they haven’t been able to provide any real solutions. Disappointing experience — avoid if possible.

I am a customer for over 20 years. I have had a mobile phone with a card that I top up every month. The card finished last night and they stole 2 euros from my account and gave me 1 giga bite. I was going to top it up later but they took it upon themselves to use my money how they saw fit. I called to complain and the woman on the phone could not help me. She brushed me off and hung up. I will change companies.

This company is a joke, ive had a problem with the internet for 9 months, called them numerous times. We found a "solution" by intergrating 5g home internet but that didnt work also. Internet is worse now, its very laggy and disconnects alot. I called them again telling them ive been having this problem alot, after 4 calls they told me that IN MY AREA, 5G IS NOT COMPATABLE AND ITS ONLY 4G SO THE EQUIPMENT IS USELESS...... THEY DIDNT EVEN SAY THEY MADE A MISTAKE THAT THEY RECOMMENDED ME THAT EQUIPMENT THEY ACTED LIKE THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG AND TOLD ME TO CALL THE OTHER NUMBER (not for technical issues) TO MAKE ANOTHER CONTRACT AND CHANGE IT FROM 5G HOME INTERNET THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER ANY HELP.... THEY DONT DESERVE ANY MONEY AND IM SWITCHING TO ANOTHER COMPANY

A company who tells you the day you sign, through your contract you will be able to talk to EU and it’s included, and after that they charge you 10€ a month is not to be trusted. They are part of the worst companies. And I will never be a client again.

The absolute worst customer service. Completely unorganized, waiting for two months for internet and telephone service.
Beyond ridiculous. Do yourself a favour and go to any other phone company. This company has no idea what they’re doing

Trash internet connections always 800+ ping, my wifi
disconnects all the time from my mobile phone. Switching to starlink next week.

I was offered EON TV to be added to my phone /internet connection,
TO GOOD TO BE TRUE , an extra 4 euros a month for Nova TV , I agreed unfortunately.
Had the EON BOX 2 days , it doesn’t work well, the control sticks and so does the internet , useless!!
I decided to cancel subscription BUT TOLD I had to pay a fine 80 euros , OR CONTINUE PAYING THE EXTRA TO MY ACCOUNT, WITHOUT USING THE BOX and to RETURN IT AFTER 24 MONTHS.!!
ALTHOUGH I FOUND YOU CAN CANCEL WITHIN 14 days I WAS TOLD IF I HAVE BEEN CONNECTED I CANNOT CANCEL !
BEWARE RUBBISH OFFER BAD RESPONSE FROM NOVA AS A COMPANY

Terrible in every way. Especially customer service. I ask the same simple question to 3 different people I get 3 different answers.
Even the same person gives you in the CHAT 5 different versions ...for example
I asked how to cut the service and how long in advance.he said first,a few days to a month prior. To sign a form via gov.gr. then he said a month in advance.

Then he saidi I can just call, and they do it "fast".
Then to go to a shop first and then call .. and he got very aggressive when I pointed out his ridiculous contradiction. I sent him screeshots to read it.. because so rude he was saying all I told you is right go read it
I showed him just 1vminute ago that he had written completely different things. .
Awful .. it is always like that. They lie ENDLESSLY THEY ARE RUTHLESS and SND RUDE.. I am glad I will leave soon this terrible company service

Απογοητευτική εμπειρία με Nova – Πληρώνω για μια προβληματική υπηρεσία που δεν είναι καν λειτουργική

Εδώ και μήνες αντιμετωπίζω συνεχόμενα προβλήματα με τη σύνδεση internet της Nova. Παρά το γεγονός ότι πληρώνω για μια 100άρα σύνδεση, οι ταχύτητες κυμαίνονται από 30 μέχρι 90 Mbps και το πιο σοβαρό πρόβλημα δεν είναι καν η ταχύτητα αλλά οι συχνές αποσυνδέσεις που καθιστούν την υπηρεσία εντελώς μη λειτουργική.

Οι αποσυνδέσεις εμφανίζονται καθημερινά, από τις 5 το απόγευμα μέχρι τις 10 το βράδυ (τις υπολοιπες ωρες δεν ειμαι σπιτι), ενώ τα Σαββατοκύριακα το πρόβλημα χειροτερεύει με αποσυνδέσεις από το μεσημέρι και μετά. Αρχικά, πίστευα ότι ίσως το πρόβλημα οφείλεται στον υπολογιστή μου, αλλά σύντομα διαπίστωσα ότι το ζήτημα αφορά τη γραμμή και τη σύνδεση, κάτι που επιβεβαιώθηκε και από την τεχνική υποστήριξη, και τον τεχνικο που ηρθε σπιτι.

Παρ' όλο που έχω επικοινωνήσει επανειλημμένα με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και έχω δηλώσει το πρόβλημα σε πολλές περιπτώσεις, η απάντηση της Nova μετα απο μια δυο μερες ήταν πάντα η ίδια: "Το πρόβλημα επιδιορθώθηκε". Ωστόσο, οι αποσυνδέσεις συνέχιζαν να συμβαίνουν, με αποτέλεσμα:

Πρώτη δήλωση βλάβης: 14 Μαρτίου – καμία ουσιαστική επίλυση.

Επαναλαμβανόμενες δηλώσεις βλάβης και επισκέψη τεχνικου, με την κατάσταση να παραμένει αμετάβλητη.

Παρά τις συνεχείς προσπάθειες επίλυσης, το πρόβλημα εξακολουθεί να υφίσταται με την ίδια ένταση και συχνότητα.

Το πιο απογοητευτικό είναι ότι, παρά τις επανειλημμένες δηλώσεις βλάβης, πληρώνω για μια υπηρεσία που δεν είναι καν χρηστική. Εξαιτίας αυτής της κατάστασης έχω χάσει σημαντικά επαγγελματικά ραντεβού, ώρες εργασίας από το σπίτι και έσοδα από τη δουλειά μου, αφού η σύνδεση δεν είναι ποτέ σταθερή.

Είναι απογοητευτικό το γεγονός ότι η Nova δεν προσφέρει μια αξιόπιστη λύση σε ένα πρόβλημα που επηρεάζει άμεσα την καθημερινότητά μου, και κυρίως τη δουλειά μου. Δεν μπορώ να προτείνω τη Nova σε κανέναν που αναζητά αξιόπιστη σύνδεση και υπηρεσίες.

Since yesterday there is no interent in my buisness, they told me today that the problem has been fixed.
I checked and nothing has been fixed! i called them again and they told me that now the problem is outside from my building and someone will fix it in 3 working days!!!!! today is friday and on Monday as well is a celebration day! so they informed me again that propably someone will come on the 12/06!!!!
Totally unprofessionals!!! every day i will file a lawsuit!!!Avoid them!!!

Totally unprofessional.Today is the 3rd weekend that our wifi doesnt work and we call the centre everyday and everytime they say the same things that they will fix it in some days and that they will provide us gb that runs 1mbs with hotpsot that we dont need😂,we need our wifi because we have a lot things to do and the literally they dont care by FAR THE WORST COMPANY IN GREECE SCAMMERS

Η χειρότερη εταιρια, μας ταλαιπωρούν ακραία, δεν κρατανε Ιστορικό βλαβών ή τουλάχιστον οι υπάλληλοι δεν εχουν προσβαση στο ιστορικό του πελάτη και τους λυπαμαι για τα τηλεφωνήματα που πρεπει να λαμβάνουν καθε μερα, λενε μονο δικαιολογίες και τυπικούρες, οσο ηρεμα και να τους μιλας το θεμα δεν επιλύεται, εαν τύχει να σε συνδέσουν με καποιον προϊστάμενο θα σε αντιμετωπίσει σαν προβλημα, οχι σαν πελάτη ο οποιος πληρώνει για να ταλαιπωρείται. Εαν θες να διακόψεις το συμβόλαιο ζητάνε τελη ακύρωσης για υπηρεσίες που εξ αρχης δεν παρέχουν. Η εταιρια ειναι χ α λ ι α!

Unzumutbare Situation beim Internet Services!
Man wird ständig angerufen um eine…. verbessertes Internetvertrag abzuschließen.
Kann man so etwas machen wenn das Internet immer schlechter wird? Natürlich nicht!!
Ganz schlimme Verbindungen die teuer bezahlt sind! Rate jeden ab einen Vertrag mit diese Anbieter anzuschließen!
